Loved it! Comfortable, spacious, clean, quiet, and relaxing. Beautiful views of the lake and easy access to the boat dock. Communication with owner/manager was great. They made entry on arrival quick and easy. Plenty of linens, towels, and dishes. We would definitely book this rental again.

NICE HOUSE ON THE LAKE WITH A FISHING DOCK

Well kept home on the lake. It was clean and had everything we needed. It had a fishing dock and a deck overlooking the lake which we really enjoyed. Yard was mowed and the area was very quiet and relaxing..

Quite unusual!

We had rain every day except the day we left but that's nobody's fault. There were dead bugs on the kitchen counter, in the bathrooms and in the sliding door track and dust bunnies on the floor. Spider web inside by the laundry room door was not something I'm accustomed to. Washer and dryer were not clean either. There was a nail on my bed as well as one on the bedroom floor that I stepped on. Our bed was awful, pitching us to the center of it. The other two beds were fine. Strangers fished right by our dock hampering our fishing and there was a vandal running through the property who was apprehended across from our cabin. The lake police blocked our dock for a good while and my granddaughter was scared by all of that activity. Strange event and no fault of the owners! On the plus side, we enjoyed the deck and the view of the lake. The planters were lovely and it was nice to have a table for 6 both inside and outside. Cushions for the deck chairs were a nice touch. Our grandson had fun fishing off the dock too. We were able to swim between rains and enjoyed that. Also, the new paint was nice! I would suggest ridding the cabin of condiments and food left by other visitors and better cleaning right before guests arrive. The bridge to the dock has broken boards too. There was a repairman present when we arrived so I feel you are in the process of repairing some things. Also, I know there has been high water in Grove and that causes problems. Good luck with your vrbo property!

Great spot right on the lake! Beautiful view from the deck. Great place to have a cup of coffee! Can navigate to restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minutes. Will return!
