Nice house with private south facing courtyard with trees, 80 m2, table and garden, 5 minutes from the beach and 20 meters from the lime trees. Nice amenities, high quality linen, ethanol fireplace, Nespresso, washer-dryer, dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave etc ... Baby cot, stroller and high chair, games and books for children.
6 beds: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 mezzanine bedroom with double bed, a double sofa bed in the lounge. Possibility to rent our bed linen and bath.

Die Unterkunft bot für uns (2 Personen) sehr viel Platz. Alles Notwendige ist üppig vorhanden. Einzig das Parken des Autos ist in unmittelbarer Wohnungsnähe nicht möglich und in der Objektbeschreibung so nicht erwähnt. Die zentrale Lage und die Entfernung zum Bäcker und kleinen Marktplatz mit 2 Restaurants ist klasse.

We hebben 3 sterren gegeven, omdat het huis echt heel lief en mooi is. Goede locatie, echt 3 stappen van het dorpspleintje waar je kunt eten, de bakker en fiets verhuur vindt. Je bent zo op het strand. Huur een fiets, want op Ile de Ré fiets je. Zo leuk van dorpje naar dorpje. Parkeren kun je op gratis plekken of voor 7.20 euro pd. Maar niet bij het huis. We geven 1 ster voor de hygiëne. Het was vies en stonk enorm. We hebben alles zelf schoongemaakt met chloor, keuken alles vet en vies, overal hondenharen door hele huis heen, ook in de geweldige tuin. Tuinset alles met haren. Echt heel vies. Waarschijnlijk zijn de vorige huurders niet heel netjes met alles omgegaan. Maar de schoonmaakkosten zijn best pittig (82 euro) en daarvoor mag je verwachten dat het ook schoon opgeleverd wordt. Zodat je direct aan je vakantie kunt beginnen.

Maison idéale pour des vacances à l île de ré

Maison parfaitement située à quelques dizaines de mètres de la place des tilleuls à La Noue, place commerçante avec boulanger, bars/restaurants, presse et marche quotidien. Permet de rayonner à vélo sans difficultés vers La flotte, Saint Martin, Bois plage en ré, la couarde. La maison est aménagée et décorée avec goût, et est très agreable. Nous avons passé d excellents vacances de Pâques!

Lovely stay in La Noue

The flat was clean and lovely with everything you need to cook a home cooked meal and a spacious children's room with toys and games. The courtyard was our favourite part of the rental with a bbq, lounge chairs a dining table and even a sofa. The mezzanine under the roof was a bit hot to sleep in when the outdoor temperature was high. We loved the proximity (1 min walk) to the town square with a baker, a cafe, restaurants, a fishmonger and cheesemonger. The walk to the beach although under 10 min was a bit far for our whiny 3 and 6 year old, but most people rent bikes and for adults it's of course a short distance. Overall a lovely stay and Marie the caretaker was kind, flexible and helpful.

De superbes vacances

Un séjour très agréable dans une très belle maison. L'équipement et l'emplacement de cette maison sont vraiment super pour tout faire à pieds ou à vélo ! Nous n'avons pas pris la voiture pendant 14j et avons pu profiter de la place des tilleuls et de ces animations. La maison quant à elle est idéale avec des enfants, très confortable et très bien équipée. Je recommande vivement !

Gut geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 1 oder 2 Kleinkinder - für Jugendliche sind die Stockbetten zu kurz. Sehr hellhörig. Der Hof ist schön und nicht einsehbar. Der Strand in der Nähe ist sehr steinig und wir fanden diesen nicht schön

Wonderful

The cottage looks very nice and has all it needs, really comfortable. Bring your own tablets for the dishwasher and soap for the washing machine, that’s all. Checking in and out was easy and pleasant, contact very friendly. We cleaned the cottage ourselves so didn’t have to pay €65 for cleaning. We stayed a week in June, a good time of the year as it is not so busy yet. I would absolutely avoid August (don’t know about July). Cycling the island is wonderful, especially near the nature reserve. (Signage could be better.) We have already told all of our friends about our great experience so the cottage will problaby be in high demand from our lot soon.

Très belles vacances sur l'ile de Ré

Logement très bien placé, juste à côté de la grand place du quartier de la Noue, dans une rue très calme. A proximité de la mer et des pistes cyclables pour parcourir toute l'ile. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons été très bien accueilli. Je recommande cette location. Le seul petit inconvénient est peut être qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking dans la maison, et les places proches sont payantes le matin (avril à octobre je crois).

Très belle maison

Location parfaite pour un couple et deux enfants. La pieced est vie est spacieuse et la cour est très agréable. La maison est très bien placée. Attention aux têtes dans l’espace nuit des adultes et la salle de bain car c’est mansardé, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné plus que ça. Tout était très propre.

Absolument parfait !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine malgré la pluie omniprésente. La maison est belle, très confortable, bien équipée, très propre et il ne manque absolument rien ! Je venais en train avec mon petit fils de 4 ans alors la propriétaire a fait en sorte de rassembler un maximum de jeux et livres avec lesquels il n'a cessé de jouer, merci infiniment ! L'intendante qui nous a reçue est charmante et arrangeante sur l'arrivée et le départ. La maison est bien située au centre de la Noue et à quelques minutes de la mer. Je reviendrai :-)
