Holiday home is 40 square meters in total. Layout: living room, separate kitchen, shower and toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and separate mattresses of 90 x 200 cm. The second bedroom has 1 single bed of 90 x200 cm including a sink, equipped with hot and cold water. Both bedrooms have fixed hanging cupboards.

Outside there is a courtyard of 16 m2 with seating.

From the cottage you can walk to the shops, beach, promenade and restaurants etc.

Super cute place, lovely hosts

Really enjoyed our stay, got to ride bikes to the beach and see all the tulips. Great location, terrific hosts! Enjoyed sitting on the patio with our coffee, and especially appreciated the hospitality.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time. Very well situated in the town. Parking was very difficult but we found a free parking lot close by. Birds were very loud but it was a beautiful place to stay.

Lovely house, excellent location, wonderful hosts

The house is adorable, exactly as pictured and described. The only downside is that the stairs are quite steep and narrow. The courtyard area is very pleasant. The location is excellent--steps from a bus stop, and a stroll from downtown, the beach, two supermarkets, and many restaurants. And of course there are bike paths! The hosts were wonderful, very friendly and kind. I would absolutely stay here again any time.

Re homesite # 1330852. Resv. # HA-QMSPV5. We messed up, royally!! We loved our accommodation at Wim Orange’s place!! Always nervous about using the iPhone we completely missed the actual “ star” rating box. Five 🌟’s. We would give them ten 🌟 ‘a of we could. Please rectify our mistake us we wouldn’t want Wim and Wilemina to lose their good reputation because of a couple of old doggies who are anxious around technology. Joie and Ian Sent from my iPhone

Can definetly recommend!

Cute little home 10 minute walk from the beach. Supermarket, bakery etc. also only a few minutes by foot away. Nice little house with own outside sitting area. Kitchen comes with everything you need plates, coffee mashine, pans etc. Only the bathroom could use a bit more storage. We stayed there as a couple + our dog and a friend of ours. Its a small living space but enough for us 3 (+ dog) to feel comfortable. Only the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms is really steep and small so you have to be careful walking up or down. The couple renting out the place was very welcoming, helpful and kind. Our car could be parked in the driveway of the home. All in all considering the living space, price, surrounding area etc I would give this place a solid 8/10 and can definetly recommend.

Wir hatten eine schöne entspannte Zeit in den kleinen süßen Häuschen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und es gibt einen kleinen gemütlichen Innenhof.Morgens wird man von vielen Vögeln geweckt und im Hof besucht was wir sehr schön fanden.Die Familie Orange ist super nett und wir wurden herzlich empfangen so das wir uns direkt zuhause fühlten.Man kann fußläufig alles, z.b. den Strand, erreichen.

Gute Lage

Gute Lage, ca 15 min Zufuß zum Strand, bzw 20 min zum Hundestrand, Parkplatz nur für kleine Autos geeignet. Optional konnte man am gegenüberliegemden Golfplatz umsonst parken. Auf der Straße vor der Tür ist ein gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz. Man wird urch morgendliches Tauben und Möven gezwitscher geweckt.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr klein. Körperlich eingeschränkte Personen haben Schwierigkeiten über eine sehr steile Treppe das Schlafzimmer zu erreichen.

Die Anreise war simple und der Check in war sehr gut erklärt. Im Haus ist es leider alles sehr alt und nicht wirklich sauber. Das hat uns etwas gestört. Es war alles vorhanden außer ein Backofen der wäre schön gewesen.

Dass die Wohnung klein ist, sieht man in der Anzeige. Das ist völlig okay so. Hier bekommt man, was man bucht. Es war eine klassische Oma- ist- gestorben- wir- vermieten- als- Ferienwohnung- Wohnung. Und Oma hatte eben nur einen 80cm Einbauschrank. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber. Ich persönlich habe kein Problem damit, mir ein paar Tage lang in der Küche die Zähne zu putzen. Es ist in älteren Häusern halt manchmal so, dass das Bad heutigen Maßstäben nicht genügt. Auch hier bekommt man, was man in der Anzeige sieht. Die Treppe ist tatsächlich sehr steil. Mit Handicap sicher problematisch. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß okay. Es sind ein paar Meter. Auch dass sieht man vorher. Der Bäcker, der fußläufig erreichbar ist ist grandios. Man schmeckt das gute, traditionelle Handwerk. Schön war auch, dass das nötige Küchenequipment da war. Selbst Trockentücher und Kaffee. So weit, so gut, wenn man mit einem Budget reist und sich das Inserat genau anguckt. Da gab es keine bösen Überraschungen. Für uns problematisch war der Geruch nach feuchtem Keller im Erdgeschoss. Man kann im Wohnbereich nicht alle Fenster öffnen. Nebenan füttert jemand im großen Maßstab Vögel. Hauptsächlich kamen Stadttauben und Dohlen. Das führte tagsüber durchgehend zu Lärm (Aufflattern und Gurren). Es waren regelmäßig knapp 30 Tauben zu sehen und selten unter fünf. Außerdem konnten wir deswegen nirgends richtig durchlüften. Wir wollten keinen geflügelten Besuch. Wohlgefühlt haben wir uns nicht.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Hinterhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns persönlich empfangen, obwohl es einen Schlüsselsafe gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt hat sich sehr gelohnt. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen und Hund ausreichend. Zu den Vermietern war der Kontakt sehr herzlich. Wir hatten das große Glück, ein traumhaftes Wetter zu haben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Für Gehbehinderte ist der Strand/Meer ein bisschen weit

Freundliche Besitzer und die Wohnung war sauber,aber sehr klein und zu teuer für das was an bietet.Die Treppe super eng ,so genante Badezimmer ist groß wie eine Toillete.Wir haben für 4 Übernachtungen bezahlt,nur eine Nacht ausgehalten.TV Programmen nur Paar zur auswahl.Nicht zu empfehlen,für gleiche Preis gibt es Hotelzimmer direkt am Strand nähe.
