If you're thinking of staying here please take note of the review

Great location. Check in was okay but difficult communicating with the French only speaking property manager. Property very tired and definitely needs some money spending on it (as mentioned by at least one other review going back to 2021). Both TVs not working. Had a leak under the sink part way through our stay, and to be fair that was fixed by the plumber same day service. Why I am giving this one star is the state of the electrics (please see added photos). Every rental property in France older than 15 years must by law have an electrical safety certificate of compliance, renewed at least every 5 years. Judging by the state of the wiring and fuse box it appears this has never been undertaken (indeed the fuse box has a manufacturing date of 1979, so it's in excess of 45 years old, and there's some very dodgy wiring!). The property also should have a gas certificate and by law have a smoke alarm, which it does not. RENTERS BEWARE !!

Typisch Port Grimaud.

Wir kennen PG seit 45 Jahren. Daher mögen wir auch den Original Style der Fischerhäuser. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Geschirrausstattung hat allerdings Verbesserungspotential.

belle maison mais literie à revoir et prise électrique défectueuse dans la chambre du premier étage (pas de lampe de chevet) très embêtant pour recharger son téléphone. l’environnement est très beau et la maison très agréable et bien équipée. Dommage que j’ai du attendre jusqu’à 17 h pour prendre possession de la maison (bien que j’avais prévenu de mon arrivée à 15 h 30)

In the perfect area of Port Grimaud this was a nice house. Unfortunately the house manager only speaks French so we encountered several misunderstandings … and the Dutch advertisement was different from the French which causes misunderstandings about bedding and towels

Well located house in Port Grimaud II

This was our 7th stay in Port Grimaud and it’s a place we love to visit. Philippe’s house is ideally located close to Port Grimaud 2 shops and restaurants but away from the busy Place du Marché. The check-in process was easy thanks to Madame Favalessa who was also helpful in obtaining the local residents ferry passes. The house is functional, if a little tired, and well equipped with fans in each bedroom. The wi-fi worked well. The garden is well shaded with good garden furniture. Best thing about house - top bedroom is beautiful. Slight negatives to house - kitchen cupboards overcrowded leaving little room for your own food and downstairs lamps and switches are in need of attention (loose switches and wires).

Eine Woche im wunderschönen Port Grimaud im fast Original französischem Flair der 60‘er/70‘er!

Alles scheint aus dieser Zeit zu sein. Hat was. Wer es modern will, muss sich was anderes suchen. Besonders im Badezimmer Bereich. Funktional war alles. Keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, war aber auszuhalten! Der Garten war schön , der Kunstrasen müsste für uns nicht sein… Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder kommen. Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters war gut und es wurde zeitnah reagiert!

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. das Haus ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und es ist nichts daran getan worden. Wir hatten für 6 Personen gebucht, es gab aber nur 5 Stühle. Die Küche war die reinste Katastrophe, alle Schränke waren unordentlich, das Geschirr unsauber. Toilette undicht, Balkontür ließ sich nur gewaltsam öffnen, in allen Schränken befanden sich irgendwelche Dinge. Das Haus ist für uns sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Der Vermieter versprach, sich um die Mängel zu kümmern.

Bonjour madame, Désolé que la maison ne vous ait pas plu mais les locataires venus 8 jours avant vous ou après, n’ont pas eu l’ensemble des problèmes que vous évoquez. La cuisine est entièrement équipée c’est un point fort de la maison, afin de pouvoir cuisiner facilement avec tous les accessoires dont les locataires peuvent avoir besoin. L’ensemble des ouvrants fonctionnent et les rangements sont en nombre suffisant. Vos critiques ne sont donc pas justifiés, je veille à ce que cette maison soit toujours accueillante et agréable pour les vacanciers. Cordialement

Très agréable séjour à Port-Grimaud

Merci pour cette charmante maison de pêcheur. Située à Port Grimaud 2 (moins central mais malgré tout quelques restaurants et un mini Spar), dans un enclos très calme, terrasse sur le canal au nord mais une terrasse au second étage côté enclos bien ensoleillée. Jolie maison bien aménagée. On a bien profité de notre semaine. Merci.

Revoir l'équipement télé (3 mais 1 seule fonctionne et compliquer a allumer) lave vaisselle inonde la cuisine.... pas utilisé du coup ! Le lit 1 pers latte cassée... moquette de la chambre usée... salle de bain vieillotte ... en revanche bien placé et grande ... la gardienne est très gentille ...

Dieses Haus ist Port Grimaud nicht würdig

Wir kommen seit 8 Jahren nach Port Grimaud aber so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt 1. BeiÜbergabe wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert das es sehr sehr schmutzig ist , imKühlschrank waren Speisereste vom Vormieter 2. Aus der Toilette kam Wasser oder etwas anderes was sehr eklig stank übereigne Woche 3. Als wir an einem Tag vom Ausflug zurück kamen konnten wir nicht mehr die Tür öffnen es war jemand im Haus nach einigen Abklärungen war es der Security Service - Geht ohne Anmeldung in ein vermietet Haus - haben wir in PG noch nie erlebt 4. wir haben am 1.Tag reklamiert das der TV nicht geht , die sogenannte Managerin konnte dies auch nicht regeln der Eigentümer meinte die Störung wäre durch uns verursacht 5. Die. Bilder der Inneneinrichtung entsprechen nicht der Realität und wir können die guten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nach voll ziehen 6. Bei Abreise war mit der Managerin 8.00 abgemacht Madame kam aber nicht Eine Woche Ferien auf die man sich freut und dann so etwas - Herr Eigentümer das macht man nicht wenn man ein bisschen Anstand hat

Schönes Haus- super Terrasse! Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur concierge! Genügend Platz für 5-6 Personen Alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Absolut wünschenswert wären Moskitonetze an den Fenstern… ;-)

Sehr schönes Haus mit schönen Schlafzimmern und jeweils dazugehörigen Bädern- Sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit einer ruhigen, sonnigen Terrasse und mit einem Steg von dem man die Füße ins Wasser baumeln lassen kann... Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank, Nadja für die nette Begrüßung und die freundliche Unterstützung Vorort. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Wonderful location and charming cottage

The location is perfect with easy access to nearby places of interest. Port Grimaud is beautiful. Walking distance to beach, shops, bars, restaurants. Grimaud village is very pretty with excellent restaurants and historical buildings. It was a little difficult when it came to checking in and out of the property due to communication problems (with us not speaking French), but owner and manageress both very helpful. Single bed needs replacing but everything else in the house was great. It has very good facilities and is well equipped. Nice little garden directly on the water, with good garden furniture. We did not want to leave. Would certainly recommend.

Nous étions les premiers habitants aprés l'hiver (fin mars). La maison était cependant paraitement préparée, fraichement aérée, le chauffage était allumé, tout était très propre et c'était un accueil chaleureux par le gardien. Nous nous somes sentis à l'aise et louer cette maison à nouveau. Nous tenons particulièrement à souligner les très bons soins prodigués par le gardien, qui nous a soutenus avec des conseils et un soutien. MERCI Nadia !!! L'emplacement de la maison est très bon, quartier agréable. Dans l'ensemble, parfait ! We were the first guests after the winter (end of March). The house was however perfectly prepared, freshly aired, the heating was on, everything was very clean and it was a warm welcome by the caretaker. We felt comfortabel and would rent the house again. We would like to highlight the very good care by the caretaker, who was supported us with words and deeds. THANKS Nadia !!! The location of the house is very good, nice neighborhood. All in all, perfect.

Très agréable

Logement très agréable avec 3 chambres dont une très grande avec salle de bain. La terrasse est magnifique avec une superbe vue. Une plancha est a disposition. La description et les photos sont fidèles. L'accueil était très agréable. Il y a quelques restaurant et épicerie à 1 minute à pied donc très pratique. Attention, pas de wifi et il faut ajouter des frais de ménage (70 euros). Il faut compter 15 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la place du marché. Je recommande grandement ce logement.
