MAS is a protected village under the architectural, urban and landscape heritage. The cottage is in an old house with two apartments (the 2nd apartment is reserved by the owner and is not occupied). Sheets provided on weekends.

extérieur agréable et calme

Le propriétaire est très sympathique et donne toutes les explications sur la région qu'il connaît bien. La maison est située au centre de la Lozère et permet de rayonner sur tout le département. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu visiter les plateaux de l'Aubrac faute de temps et au grand regret d'André. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Le salon est juste un peu petit pour nous. Mais comme il fait souvent beau on vit dehors et l'extérieur est agréable.

Maison parfaite et très bien entretenue avec un jardin pour les repas à l’extérieur. Très bien placée proche de Mende. Un propriétaire très accueillant et qui vous met à disposition un recueil avec toutes les visites à réaliser dans la région. Le hameau du Mas est aussi très sympa. Je recommande

A fine house in a very pleasant rural setting

The house was in a very pleasant rural village on the edge of some very fine walking country above Mende. The accommodation was well equipped and fine for us two, but may be a little cramped downstairs for four. The owner appeared every day to feed his animals but was in no way obtrusive. There was an enclosed area outside for eating protected from any wind and sun. Mende is a very pleasant and interesting town with easy parking and all necessary facilities. The country side around varied spectacularly and was in easy reach of the Tarn George, the Cevenne and many interesting towns and villages. We would be very happy to stay there again.
