Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all bed are equipped with luxurious high quality memory foam mattresses and comfortable beddings. Spacious living room facing the ocean with large LED TV, luxurious comfortable sofas. Dining room and beautiful kitchen equipped with SubZero Fridge and stainless steal appliances including a regular coffee and espresso machines.
Outdoor Area:
Enjoy an amazing sunset every evening at the supersize balcony facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Balcony equipped with high quality outdoor furniture for both seating and dining ares.
Shared Facilities:
Beautiful gated community, very well equipped and maintained buildings. It has its own private beach, large heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, two large BBQ areas well equipped with both gas and charcoal BBQs.

Private beach at your doorstep, available beach chairs and beach toys for kids.

Designated parking spot for the unit guest plus multiple visitors parking spots.

Older furnishings with some updates (appliances) but some work needed (paint, finishes, countertops, tile, bathtubs. Dirty. Not up to par with other properties rented at this location.
