Detached villa with swimming pool and private garden

Our house built in 2009 is of contemporary style. A big room to live bright with picture windows with partitioning brings together the living room TV, dining room opened on the equipped kitchen, (oven, microwaves, American fridge, plate induction, coffee machine Nespresso, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) . There is also a Canal decoder available and WIFI access.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms;
1 master suite with bed 180, dressing room, bathroom, walk-in shower, sink and toilet.(direct access to the pool)
1 room with 2 beds in 90, (possibility to make a big bed if necessary) wardrobe, room of water, shower, washbasin, TOILET.

A large number of books is available for all ages as well as board games and dvd's for the rare days of bad weather.
The house is fully air conditioned.
it is a very pleasant place to live and very quiet, since not overlooked. located just 5 minutes from downtown Porto-Vecchio and the Marina.

The garden and the private pool (equipped with security gates and an alarm, for children) with 6 sunbeds and 1 large umbrella. 1 swing for the children, 1 plancha and 1 charcoal barbecue. arbor and teak table with 8 chairs for outdoor dining on the lawn. property of 2400 m2 fully fenced with electric gate.
the 'L' shaped pool has 3 pools of different depth. for the pleasure of young and old.

A relaxing holiday in Porto Vechio

Enjoyed the house, it is spacious with a nice pool and large garden. It is nice to have three bathrooms attached to the three bedrooms! And having your own jeu(x) de boules court is cool! Getting there can be a challenge if you use the navigation in the reservation. You will get very close, but need to be a street further up, so maybe they can change that!

Maison très agréable et spacieuse

Nous sommes arrivés avec des amis pour les vacances et la maison fut parfaitement adaptée a nos besoin tant en terme d'espace qu'en terme d'habitabilité. Malgré l'impossibilité d'un déplacement à pied, les commerces restent relativement proches. L'entrée dans la maison se fait sans encombre, comptez tout de même des frais supplémentaires pour le ménage en plus du prix de la maison, demandé lors de l'arrivé.

Superbe séjour dans la villa d'Erica

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa d'Erica, au delà même de nos attentes. La Villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée. L’extérieur est le grand atout de la villa, avec un magnifique jardin sans vis-à-vis, une piscine au top, un espace pétanque et une cuisine d'été où il fait très bon passer de longues et belles soirées d'été. La Villa est située à 2 pas de Porto-Vecchio dans un lotissement très calme, très bien située proche de la mer et non loin des montagnes. Nous recommandons vivement la villa d'Erica, que nous remercions encore pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !

Wonderful, well equipped villa in peaceful surroundings

We have stayed in several villas, and this was one of the best. It is also larger than it looks in the photos. After meeting Erica nearby we followed her to the villa. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was very well equipped and maintained. The garden, BBQ area and pool are lovely and very peaceful - surrounded by forest on two sides and a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. It is also only 10 minutes drive into town for shops, bars and restaurants and 20 minutes to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed feeding the cats who often greeted us in the garden in the morning. We were even lucky enough to find a wild tortoise just beyond the garden wall one evening! We would definitely recommend the villa to others.

Gorgeous modern villa and pool in perfect location

The best villa we have ever rented! Modern, spacious, open plan with excellent appliances, lovely clean bathrooms, air-con throughout, great pool, total privacy, ample secure parking, gardens and outdoor kitchen/BBQ... all on the outskirts of Porto Vecchio and just 15 mins from the best beach on Corsica. A couple of things to note. This villa is not marked with a number or name and is impossible to find without meeting the owner somewhere and following them in the car. We wasted an hour trying to find it on our first night as this hadn't been made clear. You will be expected to feed their two outdoor cats during your stay. Not great for us as we are not cat people and allergic to cats. Wish we'd have been informed of this in advance. However the cats are fine and don't pester you when outside and the owner did offer to visit every day to feed them instead, but we didn't feel right about that. We would definitely return and rent the villa again. Great holiday.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Erica et Paulo (nous y revenons pour la 2ème année). La villa (conforme à la description et aux photos) est située au calme avec un magnifique jardin (cuisine d'été aménagée cet été), une très belle piscine. Tout est réuni pour passer un très bon moment de détente.

n the last years we have rented a lot of properties in many places. This was the one we liked most until now. Everything clean, well equipped with almost everything you need. Furthermore friendly hosts with took care. We came by car...and that is recommendable..otherwise it is maybe a bit remote. The highlights: -There is nobody who will see you...Nobody can see into the garden...So 100% privacy. -Quiet surrounding -Close to Porto Vecchio but where ever you go on the property...you'll see nature only -Nice, modern facilities in the house -Fantastic pool area -Big garden, lovely designed -Outdoor kitchen with charcoal BBQ and gas grill -Good indoor kitchen with big fridges and induction plates make fun to cook -Aircon in the house is very nice to have as it can get really hot outside -WIFI with 6mbit is alright -Good location to many nice beaches around - etc. etc... Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette villa. La location est conforme à la description. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, très propre, au calme et sans vis-à-vis. La terrasse et le salon de jardin permettent de toujours trouver un endroit à l'ombre selon le moment de la journée. La piscine est très agréable, sécurisée et bien conçue pour tous les âges (3 profondeurs différentes). Le jardin est bien conçu et bien entretenu. Erica et Paulo sont très accueillants, sympas et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Superbe maison bien située, bien équipée, au calme et sans vis-à-vis. Elle est parfaite entre amis comme en famille, notamment avec des petits enfants (piscine clôturée avec alarme, jardin, jeux à disposition...attention juste aux petites bêtes et moustiques mais prix à payer pour ne pas avoir de vis-à-vis). Propriétaires arrangeants et très réglo. Et soleil quasi garanti! Que demander de plus?!?

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison moderne qui possède tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine sécurisée et le fait que le terrain soit entièrement clôturé est un vrai plus quand on a des enfants. La maison est située au calme et sans aucun vis-à-vis, tout en restant proche du centre-ville de Porto-Vecchio (environ 2 km). Les propriétaires sont discrets tout en restant à votre disposition si vous avez un souci ou besoin de conseils. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE!

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette belle maison qui dispose d’un superbe jardin et d’une grande et belle piscine complètement sécurisée. C’est idéal pour les enfants! Notre fils a beaucoup apprécié la balançoire, le toboggan et les nombreux livres que les propriétaires avaient laissés. L’intérieur est moderne, bien agencé, lumineux et de très bon goût. La propriété que ce soit à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur est très bien entretenue. Le secteur est très calme tout en étant proche de Porto Vecchio (sympa pour les balades du soir) et bien placé pour accéder aux routes des plages sans encombrements. De très belles vacances!
