Nestled in a moderately expensive middle class NW neighbourhood, Dalhousie, its convenience to everything, gives it an edge over it competitors. The Dalhousie train station is a comfortable walking distance from the property. So are the Northland Mall, COOP and SAFEWAY Groceries. Dalhousie station is two stops to the University of Calgary Station and is about 15minutes ride to Downtown Calgary. From the property, there is a quick connection to Crowchild Trail and Stoney Trail for your Banff, Lake Louise and other mountains when you visit Calgary
