Beautiful and large charming house built on 2100m² within our domain.
Our house offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Sant'Amanza and the start of the white cliffs Bonifacio.
This large villa of 190m² with a warm atmosphere is suitable for large families.
The heart of the villa offers the living area, facing the sea: a living room, dining room, 1 kitchen and loggia, all open on 2 terraces offering everyone an area of privacy.

Night areas are composed as follows:
At the level of the entrance: 1 room with 2 beds of 90, 1 room with 1 bed of 160, 1 bathroom and shower, 1 room of shower and 1 toilet independent
Pool side: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, 2 bedrooms with 90 beds, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet.

Outside: swimming pool (8x4) secured by a net with a wooden beach and a small pool house designed in the purest spirit of our corsican sheepfolds.

Outdoor shower.
Parking area.
You can enjoy the beaches of the Gulf of Sant'Amanza within walking distance in a few minutes.

Fantastic villa and fantastic host

We had a brilliant week - the villa has all the amenities needed and amazing views and was lovely and clean. Stephanie was really helpful and informative and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit.

Très belle expérience appréciée de tous

Nous avons tous apprécié à sa juste valeur notre séjour à Bonifacio. La villa très bien située sur les hauteurs avec sa vue imprenable et son calme très appréciés. Un petit bémol cependant sur le confort relatif des lits et aussi le manque de rangement dans certaines chambres. Nous garderons malgré tout un très bon souvenir de nos vacances!

Schönes Haus an toller Lage, braucht aber Unterhalt

Das Haus hat einen wirklich originellen Grundriss, so dass alle Zimmer Meerblick haben. Auch vom Pool aus, an seiner etwas erhobenen Position, hat man einen sensationellen Rundblick über die Bucht von SantAmanza. Auch der Inne Ausbau des Hauses ist wirklich originell. Was jedoch nicht über den allgemein etwas vernachlässigten Unterhalt der gesamten Liegenschaft hinweg zu täuschen vermag. Viele Dinge mussten erst nach unsterer Ankunft instand gestellt werden (Klimaanlage, Poolpumpe...) anderes liess sich auf die schnelle nicht richten (massiver Ameisenbefall!!!, Eismaschine, viel morsche Bretter auf den diversen Aufenthaltsflächen...). Jedoch konnte uns die Reinigung, die zwei Mal pro Woche und die äusserst hilfsbereite Verwalterin mit ihrem Engagement für viel Unzulänglichkeiten entschädigen.
