This home is located in Sea Woods, a private community of New Smyrna Beach that sits one block from the sand and cool ocean waves. Take morning walks to collect seashells on the beach, return home for an invigorating gym-and-sauna session, and spend tranquil afternoons swimming in one of the two pools (one of which is heated).

Make yourself at home amid plush furnishings, central AC, and free WiFi for sharing photos and watching the tides. Leave the breakfast plates in the dishwasher each morning and grab your rackets for a tennis match on the outdoor courts. Back at the villa, you can man the gas grill with your dog at your side (please note the nightly pet fee), enjoy dinner on the patio, and choose a DVD to watch on one of the cable TVs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
