Located in the middle class suburban neighborhood of Richmond's affluent west end, the 1995 built house features 3 formal bedrooms, 1 bonus room attic style and 2.5 bathrooms. The backyard is fenced. Please be noted that I am listing the house to accommodate sleep, not yard entertainment. House sits on a 1-acre woodland yet in the densely populated suburb. Parking: Wide -U shape parking space is off street, House is surrounded by wood on three sides, the front faces a modest busy road. Four Video cameras around the house exteriors.

Pets are absolutely not allowed, we take this every seriously and put in charges for this. The master bedroom bath has a jaccuzi tub as well as a shower stall.
HVAC: The smart thermostat is locked and remotely controlled by the property manager and is set based on the guest's work schedule. Sometime it can be remotely controlled by the electricity company due to energy distribution rebalance.
Furnishing style: Basic necessities, not stuffed with excessive furniture to collect dust. Minimalism.
Neighbors: Please do not disturb them with loud party style noises, especially after 10pm.
Fire risk: Please do not smoke inside or outside,

Why they chose this property
I drive by this property all the time and like the exterior looks. The cathedral ceiling looks great but not practical - eating up the usable space. I like the huge lot size, although I can do nothing about it now - a storm creek goes through. It is indeed a high maintenance property with its vast yard and garden herbs grown by previous owners.
What makes this property unique
Master bedroom on the ground floor, good for grandparents. Jacuzzi tub is a bonus (more utility bill (: for owner). Vast parking space. No next-door neighbors.
