We stayed in B-4. Living room was very roomy, comfortable which made it easy to relax. Large couch and TV. Kitchen was a nice size and amenities were plentiful. It was quiet and peaceful. Bedroom was large with a king size bed and LOTS of closet space. Bathroom well lit and plenty of towels, etc.
We would highly recommend it to all our friends and family

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Disappointed
The listing was misleading. Room was very dark and had a musty smell. Needing updates. FYI there is no beach across the road. It is a boat ramp and rocks. No swimming.
These accommodations were very nice. Everything was spotless. The decor looks like what you would expect for being in the country. The kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to prepare meals. We did take our portable Keurig along for our own coffee. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and soap, shampoo etc. The only addition could be a box of tissues. We had dinner the night we arrived at the Thai restaurant on premises and our meals were delicious.
Loved the location! With a beach across the street and near everything, we loved our stay. And the place was immaculate. One of the cleanest we've ever seen. The only tiny issue we had was that the wifi was very slow. It wasn't a big deal to us as we weren't there to watch tv or get work done, but when we did try to watch tv, it kept starting and stopping. That said, it wouldn't not stop us from staying here again!
We came up for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary and look at a venue for our daughter's wedding. We arrived later than expected and was still well taken care of. Restaurant on the property was closing soon but stayed open for us to eat. Our room was one of the cleanest we have ever rented, my wife and I are very picky about cleanliness and we had nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay and recommend this property again.

The pictures are accurate, I'll say that. I wasn't expecting much but there were a few areas where they lost points with me. I was working remotely on this trip and expected wifi but they provided the incorrect wifi network and password. I understand that mistakes happen but I had to reach out 3 separate times and it took over 24 hours for them to get me the corrected wifi information and then the wifi was so weak it wasn't even worth using. Nor did they acknowledge their mistake or apologize for the delay. For the price i paid, close to 1,000 for three nights, I expected the customer service to be a little better (it was nonexistent). They sell wine on the property - maybe throwing in a bottle with the overpriced room would have been a classy touch or just responding to (and owning) their own mistake in a timely manner would have been appreciated.
Such a nice, clean, quiet and well equipped rental. We were there for three days and the location was the perfect place to land for exploring the region. Oh, great wine, too!
Great, cozy and comfortable apartment with beautiful outside porch and the bay right across the street. Walked (uphill - great workout!) to Willow and Ciccone vineyards - other vineyards very close by. Sutton's Bay is just down the road - Hop Lot was very cool and is a must just for the atmosphere. Went to Fishtown and Glen Arbor as well as downtown Traverse City...all close by. This is a really good base point for visiting the M22 locations!
We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our place was spacious and quiet. Saturday and Sunday evening we were able to build a fire on the beach and just sit and relax looking out at the water. We will definitely come back.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable.....with the added kitchen, the apartment was all we ever needed. Within walking distance to wineries, beaches and trails. Suttons Bay was 5 minutes driving distance to it's many shops and restaurants.
Great location on M22 and the lake.
Pro: Space was clean and spacious. Huge bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen and a small desk. Wonderful restaurant on site with Thai dishes and pizza. They have excellent wine, too.
Not-so-pro: My wife immediately noticed a musty smell when we first entered, and it affected her asthma. She spent most of our time outside on the porch. A dehumidifier would help. Our apartment (A or 1) was dark, and there were two sets of steps from the parking area. As soon as the business upstairs opened in the morning, you could hear every word being said in the shop. And the windows by the bed face the parking lot for that business (and the highway). Finally, it seemed like the air conditioning was on some kind of timer and would shut off at night, making it stuffy and warm inside.
Small one bedroom apartment with boat ramp access across the street. A good place to stay if you are going to be gone all day and just want a place to hang your hat at the end of the day.
