Renovated contemporary 4-bedroom/3-bath home is tastefully furnished and equipped with new appliances and all the amenities you need to enjoy your time on the Vineyard.

On the first floor, you'll find a kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a brand-new queen-size sofa bed, washer & dryer, and a 55-inch Smart flat screen TV.

The second floor boasts a bright and open vaulted living space with another 55-inch Smart flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, an island bar with seating for three, and two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. There's also a full bathroom on this floor. Sliding glass doors lead to a wraparound deck with couch, chairs and a grill for outdoor cooking.

The third-floor bedroom offers a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a separate full bathroom. Each room in the house has individually controlled A/C for comfort.

Outside, you'll find a spacious outdoor shower, a fire pit, custom-made Adirondack chairs, new deck furniture, a hammock, a picnic table, and parking space for 5+ cars.

Located just 1.2 miles from the Vineyard Haven ferry, beaches, shops, and restaurants, this home is also less than half a mile from the Mink Meadows public golf course, public bike/walking trails, and the West Chop Lighthouse. It's the perfect getaway for relaxation and outdoor activities.

We lucked into finding this rental later in the planning season. The owners were very responsive for the booking process, check in and check out, as well as when I emailed one question (yes the house has a clothing iron.) When we checked in we were so delighted every space was as good if not better than the photos. It had every amenity one a family of 5 or 6 could need, and then some. It was clean and well-lit. My foodie cooking husband had everything he looked for. The towels and sheets were quality - not tiny thin crispy rental kind. We loved the location in West Chop, and the neighborhood was family friendly and pleasant as well. We used the deck and outdoor shower but didn't get a chance to enjoy the fire pit, grill, or outdoor dining room table which were all very nice. We appreciated clear instructions and local recommendations in the house's how to binder. Having rented five times before, we were so pleased with the pricing, location, and hosts. Mom and teens enjoyed our second stay at this terrific VH duplex. The home has a great layout and is well stocked, and the yard is beautiful. We also enjoyed the deck daily. Perfect for our family!

We loved our stay in this home. Perfect for hosting family and friends. The location is a nice walk to Vineyard Haven, Little Owen Beach, West Chop Woods, sunset at West Chop, pickleball, and Tashmoo Lake. There is also golf at Mink Meadows just five minutes away. The neighborhood is lovely - quiet and welcoming. The house has everything you need - including a lovely yard, fire pit, and outdoor shower. While a car is always helpful to explore MV - you do not need one here. You can walk and bike to most locations. The bus also goes by the end of the road if you are planning a longer excursion. The hosts are responsive and always available. Don't miss this property!

The property is as shown in pictures.- newly remodeled. It is clean and very comfortable and has everything one needs- including good kitchen utensils, saran and tin foil - which I always find to be a helpful touch. It felt like a tree house when sitting on the deck. Friendly and helpful owner living downstairs. We would happily return.

Sweet relaxation

The house is as described, comfortable, well equipped, spacious. Loved hanging out on the deck watching turkeys, squirrels, & even a couple of skunks ( luckily no one scared them!). Helpful ( very) to have a car, or bike for getting around—not entirely convenient for walking. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Well-appointed and cheerfully designed

This house has everything you need and then some! We were here for Thanksgiving and were able to cook a fabulous dinner with five chefs in the kitchen! The Island is perfect and and the kitchen has everything you’d need: food processor, blender, toaster, good pans (not the usual low quality in a rental!), cookie sheets, measuring cups, and, of course, a lobster pot! The house is recently renovated so everything is new and chic. There are mini-splits in every room, two beautifully-designed and well laid out bathrooms, and three very comfortable bedrooms. We were five and were very comfortable. We’d happily stay here again!

Good Property, Good Manager, but you are not getting the whole house

My family and I have spent a week on the Island for the last few years, and we had another amazing week. Absolutely love the retreat that Martha’s Vineyard is. The property manager was very accommodating and the home was nice enough, though the beds are old and make a lot of noise whenever you move. All good… we’re not unrealistic with our expectations. If I have one gripe it’s that the home was listed as a whole house rental (that’s what we expected based on the price we paid), but it is not. You are renting the upstairs unit in a duplex. Aside from that, it was as advertised.

Excellent Bonding Time

Visited MV Memorial Day Weekend. Although, the weather wasn’t cooperating and it was cold windy and rainy we had a marvelous time at the Flynn Family residence. The rental was clean and just as pictured. The hosts were responsive and very pleasant. They even checked in with us to help us turn on the heat when temps dipped unseasonably. We enjoyed our stay and our children especially loved the the old school radio where we had a wonderful dance party in the living room. Would have loved to enjoy the outdoor space more but it’s New England and you just can’t predict the weather. We did manage to grill. We made the best of it and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend the lobster roll at Sandy’s Fish and Chips near by. We definitely will come back. Thanks for the hospitality!

Gorgeous place!

The space was beautifully decorated, clean with plenty of space for everyone. It was very private even though the owners were on premises. The walk into town was about 20ish mins so not super close but definitely walkable. Owners were extremely responsive when asking questions.

This property was exactly as pictured and described. It was large enough for the 6 of us to stay in. My son loved the outdoor shower, fire pit and hammock. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The location is nice too. Quiet area. We walked to downtown vineyard haven a couple of times.

Wonderful stay

This home is perfect for a family or group of friends. The outdoor space is lovely. Fire pit with cafe lighting was nice and the hammock was relaxing. Inside is just as advertised. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. TVs all work and so did internet and cable during our entire month stay. The host is gracious and really cares about your stay. We stayed for a month and it was a terrific experience.
