About this property

The spacious and pleasant villa is located in a quiet area, about ten minutes' walk from the village center. Village located 7 km from St Rémy and in the heart of Provence.
You can relax in the garden with trees (laurels, olive trees, fruit trees) and flowers, bordered by a row of plane trees, or on the shaded terrace. You will cool off in summer in the private south-facing swimming pool, 8 mx 4 m, with a safety shutter. The land is fenced and there are no vis-à-vis.
You will occupy this spacious villa of 155 m², built in 2005, which can be suitable for two families, with its 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate toilets distributed on the ground and upstairs. A cot, high chair and children's games and books are available. But also a tv and internet.

The well-equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, will allow you, if you wish, to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed together. You will also find in the center of the village all the necessary shops (bakeries, butchers, convenience stores, ...) but also several restaurants and cafes. A small market also takes place on Friday on the village square.

For athletes, the region allows many hiking, horse riding or mountain biking. Several golf courses are nearby.

But the region is also rich in tourist sites and cultural activities. The village is close to St Rémy (10 min) and the ruins of Glanum, the Alpilles. It is 20 minutes from Avignon (Festival in July) and Les Baux de Provence, 30 minutes from Arles, 1 hour from Stes Maries de la Mer, Aix-en Provence and Mont Ventoux (skiing),…
Avignon TGV station is 20 minutes by car and Nîmes and Marseille airports 50 minutes.

Note that in summer, rentals are preferably from Saturday to Saturday.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons apprécié la maison ainsi que la piscine qui était très pratique d'accès aussi bien pour les enfants que les grands parents. Nous avons été bien accueilli aussi bien a l'arrivée qu'à notre départ.

Super séjour

On a adoré le jardin et la piscine. La maison est situé à 10 minutes de Saint-Rémy-de-Provence avec son magnifique marché. A 20 minutes de là se trouvent les carrières de lumière (Baux de Provence) excellente visite à faire lorsqu’il fait très chaud. La maison est plutôt confortable mais certains éléments de la cuisine et des salles de bain méritent d’être changés/rénové car un peu vieillot. Nous avons tout de même passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le jardin bien arboré est plaisant, la piscine (au sel) est extra. La maison est bien équipée et agréable. Le bien se situe dans un lotissement où il est important de ne pas faire trop de bruit le soir.
