1917 Federated style house for you and yours to enjoy in quiet neighborhood. Decor is farmhouse / industrial; 1950 sq ft. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 futon, a full bed in separate rooms all on 2nd floor, so stairs are required. Large fenced in backyard. Enclosed sunroom upstairs, front porch and back patio with fire-pit. 2 car garage with extra off street parking. Quick walk to Lake Michigan, parks, restaurants, and bars. Please review pictures as house is far from new (except kitchen and bath) and I would hate to disappoint you. Large dining room table and desk in the parlor for extra work space.
