Great family house

There were three generations staying and everyone felt welcomed and comfortable. We vacation as a family at least twice a year and this was by far the best equipped home we have stayed in. Thank you for a lovely week. We look forward to next summer in Saugatuck!

Our stay was great and the management company was helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We had issues with the door locks as to how to use them. I would recommend leaving a note within the house with instructions.

Riverwalk 2022

Our vacation was great thanks to Riverwalk. The grill needs work and was very dirty when we checked in. The management came and cleaned it immediately which was great. The house was spectacular and our grandson and I played foosball every morning which made it a very special time for us. We played marathon games of monopoly which was even more bonding. Had a family dominoes event when my family from Ann Arbor came visiting. My sister brought drones for Taven to fly and we left them in the garage. Hope you do not mind. If you find BMW keys somewhere in Riverwalk let us know. Thank you so much for sharing your home. It is a special place. The GladHearts

Perfect Family Setting

The home was as advertised, spacious, well appointed, beautiful kitchen, spots for everyone to enjoy. The addition of parking in the garage was a plus since it snowed. There were plenty of amenity to keep all age groups happy. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. There was some confusion on checking in but that was quickly fixed.

Love this house!

I couldn’t love this house more. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. It fit 4 adults and 3 children perfectly. The kitchen was a dream. The basement was perfect for the kids. Patio was super spacious. So much to love about this place. I hope to be back.

Lovely place but needs a little attention

The house was huge on the inside and we had a great time. That said, there were some problems that were not fixed during our stay: 1. No hot water for showers -- not one person had a hot shower the entire time we were there despite our efforts to have management fix the problem. 2. DVD player on main floor did not work. We were able to use the one in the lower level. 3. Outside of the house was in need of attention: the siding needed a good power washing, the front walk was full of weeds as if no one had been there for some time, and the garbage was overflowing when we arrived. Despite all those setbacks, I still give this property 4 out o f 5 stars. There was plenty of everything (except hot water), and we really enjoyed our time together.

10/10 would stay again

I stayed at this house with a small group this past weekend. The pictures do not do this house and property justice! -The house was very clean which is especially important during these times. The house was modern and pleasant to spend time in. -There is tons of space on the main floor and in the basement to socialize, this property could accommodate a decent sized family or group of friends. -The kitchen is great, it's huge and very well stocked. -This house really has everything you need to enjoy a weekend (large kitchen, lots of living space, grill, fire-pit, large yard, sun room) -The yard is large and not on top of neighbors so you have space to spread out, relax, play games. -Although we didn't go into town (playing it safe during covid) the house is close to town and the lake. -The property managers are responsive and helpful. -The only downsides were the hot water (it may have been broken we all took icy showers) and the grill could use to be cleaned. Overall this was a fantastic property we really enjoyed spending the weekend in. We plan on returning next year if this house is still a listing, we'd stay in this house again and we'd use the Bella Vita Vacation Rentals again as well.

House is huge and its inside the woods so we felt like vacationing some where in the deep forest and we all like that feel but Air conditioning is not working in couple of rooms.Property manger sent a guy to fix but they couldn't fix it during our stay and I requested some refund for the inconvenience but property manager never responded.
