In a quiet residential area of St Jean de Luz while being close to everything: central beaches and blue waves (500m), town center (800m), mini-market at 200m.
If you are a little too busy you will also find a Shuttle at 90 m to take you or bring you back from the city center (market, train station and bus station).
The studio (2 people) has been very recently renovated to provide real comfort with the concern of a beautiful decorative research. it is located in a villa, independent entrance that allows you to feel at home, its eastern exposure ensures sunshine all morning until early afternoon. The villa is at the end of a very quiet dead end street, which also provides the great privilege of offering parking spaces in all seasons, while staying close to the center.
It is therefore composed of a room (convertible sofa bed, very comfortable, a real bed! 140), high table, TV, equipped American kitchen (washing machine, mini oven, hotplates, fridge), 1 large independent bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
All on about 25m2 and small outdoor terrace to enjoy the sun for breakfasts and lunches.
