Beach Cottage with Private Beach Access

Welcome to Seaside Cottage. Seaside is located 50 yards (less than a one-minute walk) from the Atlantic Ocean in the quaint town of Juno Beach. Access to the beach is via a private walkway. The cottage has an historical designation built in the 1940's and updated with new amenities.

The main house has two bedrooms with queen beds and one bathroom. The carriage house features a king size bed and large bathroom with walk in shower. In addition, the cottage has a private outdoor shower in a tropical setting with hot and cold water. Convenient for when returning from the beach. Our covered/partially enclosed patio is a great place to relax and enjoy the sea breezes. You can rent both the Main Cottage and Carriage House or just the Main Cottage only. Quote provided is for both Main House and Carriage House. Please request Main Cottage only pricing. If only Main House is rented, we do not rent out the Carriage House to another guest. Seaside is a Non-Smoking accommodation.

We are dog friendly, please inquire if you would like to bring your four-legged family member(s) with you. The dog-friendly Jupiter Beach is only 5 minutes away where your dog(s) can enjoy a swim in the ocean or meeting new friends.

There are more than 7 different types of restaurants within walking distance and grocery shopping less than 1 mile away. You can park your car and access everything you need by foot.

Palm Beach County is home to 140 or so golf courses, among them a few of the oldest courses in Florida.

Activities on the Water: You can easily access any type of water activity during your stay. The Atlantic Ocean is directly across the street for swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing. One mile north of the cottage is the Juno Beach Pier, which is ideal for fishing. Close by are Jet Ski, Power Boat and Sailboat rentals. Take a trip up the Intracoastal Waterway on the Manatee Queen pontoon boat. Book a scuba diving or snorkeling trip to one of the area dive sites.

Shopping: The Gardens Mall is just a short distance from our cottage (approx 4 miles) and offers some of the most exclusive names in luxury shopping. The famous Worth Avenue in Palm Beach is a 20-minute drive to the south and for those bargain hunters, the large outlet mall - Sawgrass Mills is approximately a one-hour drive away.

Delightful property and fantastic location

Seaside Cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was charming, well appointed, neat, and clean - and to top it off it's only a 3 minute walk to the beach!

Winter getaway

The cottage was perfect, just as advertised. With the beach right across the street and multiple playgrounds a short distance away for my grandson the location was great!! The owners were right next door and available if we needed anything, but were careful not to be intrusive. I would stay here again in an instant!

Juno Beach Getaway

We vacationed in Juno beach for our first time, traveling from Massachusetts with our two daughters and our pups. We loved everything about the beach cottage. It was spacious for our family, and the yard with outdoor shower was such a bonus! The private beach access is literally within a few minute walk to the beach. This cottage has EVERYYHING you could need and more! The pictures honestly do not do it justice! The cleanliness of the cottage too was fabulous. A on cleanliness. The owners care about their property and it shows! We will miss Zephyr Way and Juno beach...until next time!

Best Place

This home was extremely clean…..everywhere even the windows. It had everything needed including towels, beach toys, charcoal, lighter fluid, toilet paper, paper towels, clothes detergent, dishwasher pods, cleaning items………..we needed nothing supply wise. Great location. Couldn’t have been happier w our stay. The outside area was absolutely amazing.

Charming Beach Cottage

Our family of 4 adults was very comfortable in Anita and David's cottage. It was totally private yet convenient to everything. We could hear the waves across the quiet road and walk the 180 steps easily to the beautiful beach. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops and the best gelato ever! Mom enjoyed reading in the private garden watching geckos and lizards. Very well equipped!

Fantastic Vacation!!

Thank you for the best vacation rental ever! We had a fabulous time! Zephyr Way is perfect for a relaxing and quiet getaway- with a very short walk to the beach! Easy to get to restaurants and stores. The cottage and carriage house are beautifully decorated and furnished so that you feel at home! The outdoor living was awesome for grilling and playing cards at night! Anita and David were perfect hosts, very accommodating and we are thankful that they shared their little slice of paradise with us for the week! We definitely would love to go back!

Perfect Beach Cottage

My husband and I traveled to Juno beach for our honeymoon with our dog. The house was exactly as described in listing. The house was extremely clean and kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The fenced in backyard area was like a private oasis. Anita met us for check in and gave us a tour of the home. It was a quick and easy check in process. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and look forward to booking again with David and Anita!

Spectacular

This house is beyond amazing! Three minute walk to the beach from the front door. The house is adorable beyond words, so clean and the courtyard is gorgeous. The carriage house was charming. Anita couldn’t have communicated better with us. We wished we could have stayed longer, everything about this house is perfect! There are so many things to do in the area and if you had a rainy day, you wouldn’t mind just hanging out and relaxing on the covered porch or in the house.

Very Private & Comfortable

Cottage was beyond expectation: clean, well kept, well stocked, private and very comfortable. Many amenities close by: grocery store, drug store, UPS for shipping shells, liquor store, cleaners, etc. Went to 3 very different restaurants w/in a mile. Loved the fact that even though there were houses and bldgs. near by we had privacy. Also no matter what the weather, there was a place outside to sit, cook and eat or just read. Dave and Anita were great to deal with. The only thing I would change is to put the cottage right on the beach and even with that, it was just a short walk across a road that was not busy. A true home away from home!

The cottage was far more than I was expecting in a rental property. The yard was a tropical paradise with comfortable seating and entertainment areas. There are grills to cook on, umbrellas to stay cool under and everything one may need for a pleasant, relaxing vacation. The cottage is equipped with everything you may need from a hair dryer to a washer and dryer and every kitchen tool as well. Beach chairs, towels, and an outdoor shower made beach visits easy. The laundry room is stocked with so many useful things(even for children) so check there first before purchasing anything for your stay. A Publix grocery store is close by as well as drug stores and other shopping. There are lots of restaurants to try. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and always available, if needed. I hope to come back soon and spend a longer time in this lovely property.

Perfect location for recharging

We have two older teen boys. They had the house and my husband and I took the casita. Everyone had space yet we still had plenty of family card playing and togetherness. Easily able to walk to several eating areas and coffee/ice cream or gelato. We picked up groceries and grilled one night. Highlight of the trip was a 1/2 day boat rental with captain. Perfect day on the water. Surprisingly the lighthouse cove mini-golf was a hit with nice photo ops and a difficult course. This vacation was about relaxing and recharging after a difficult year. This house was perfect for that. Very clean, responsive owner, easy to get to and park. As an aside, they have a couple boogie boards as well as beach umbrellas and chairs. But we mostly enjoyed walking on the beach while the boys threw a football from the ball basket.

Home Back at Home

We lived in Jupiter/Juno Beach area for 14 years before moving away (against our better judgement) and have been back many times to visit. After staying at hotels and other rental, we have finally found our new "home back at home" that will be our go to spot for future visits. The cottage is comfortably appointed (think beach house not luxury Ritz), clean and well maintained. The set up worked great for family of 5. If you have small kids, be aware that the master suite is separated from the main house by a garden/courtyard. Whether that's good or bad depends on your situation - we liked it. Speaking of the beach, it is a (very) short walk across the street with an all but hidden, private access to a section of the beach that is not as crowded as the main Jupiter beaches around the pier and northward. The hosts also provided a good selection of basic equipment (chairs, coolers, etc.), beach toys and even a kayak. The outdoor shower was an unexpected pleasure after a hot afternoon on the beach. We'll be back!

This was the best VRBO we ever stayed in. The photos do not do justice to the Beach Cottage. It was more spacious than I expected. We literally just had to cross the street to get to the beach. Also, we got to bring our dog. 10 out of 10. Perfect stay

I've been fortunate to work and live around the country in countless rentals — the Seaside Cottage in Juno Beach is the most amazing time I've had in a rental property. Everything you could possibly ask for has been provided for already. The owners are incredible, quick to respond, very organized. The property is quiet, safe, clean, spacious, stunning plants, all right on the beach. Having coffee with the tiny lizards in the garden is simply a must. I can't wait to come back.

Very clean and loved the private courtyard and separate guest house. Our host was very gracious. No real grass for the dogs, but we managed. The private beach access is tricky for a disabled person to negotiate, but we used a nearby access that worked out great. Overall, we would love to stay there again if we come back.

A plant lover's oasis! A perfect place near the beach for you and your fur baby. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We really appreciated the air purifiers in the bedrooms.

Great location, great property

The cottage was well-stocked and nicely decorated. The outdoor seating options were much appreciated and the separate en suite was delightful. Quiet street but close to activities and a quick walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Paradise in Juno Beach

What a lovely beach cottage. It is so clean and Anita and David take great pride in their rental property, you can tell. We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is so inviting that we just enjoyed grilling and making dinner at home and eating outside in the courtyard, but there is so much to see and do in the area, too. The beach is right across the street and that is lovely, too. We can’t stay enough about how amazing Anita and David’s Juno Beach house is…paradise is an understatement!

Just Right!

Seaside cottage was just right for a week with grandchildren and just right for a week with friends. The two bedroom cottage on a quiet street had a well equipped kitchen, plenty of board games and a Smart TV. The carriage house in back provided a second spot when grandparents needed space. Lovely backyard, well stocked accessories for the beach and a covered lanai for playtime provided variety in spaces for activities. We enjoyed walking to beach, Marine life center and Papa Kwan and a 3 minute drive to best gelato in Palm Beach County. Our hosts were excellent at communicating, responsive to requests and friendly while respecting privacy. Hope to stay there again.
