Appartement très bien situé face à la mer et proche de toutes commodités : commerces, restaurants, animations, location vélo. Parties communes de l'immeuble bien entretenues.

Excellente résidence de standing. Locaux communs propres et soignés. Appartement avec une très belle vue, ensoleillé, calme, très fonctionnel. Seul bémol de cette location reste l'absence de garage ou emplacement de parking. Je recommande sans hésitation
