This luxury lower level of a lakefront property with two bedrooms and two baths is perfect for two mature couples or a family with children. Pool Table. Private hot tub for two private pool and peleton ( bring your shoes). Dock (be aware the lake is lowered five feet for the winter making dock unreachable by boat and pool is closed down from November to March). Covered Patio. Dining table with a lake view seats four as well as three bar stools. All the amenities you expect plus the convenient location you will appreciate, quiet but just minutes from historic downtown and the Hot Springs bathhouses. 3 kayaks provided. Come enjoy the beautiful lake. Located on a quiet street with a fenced yard. Very private as owners are gone and are renting out the terrace level. 9' ceilings. Complete kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher. All the amenities you expect; WiFi, TV with Roku, quality furnishings, linens and cookware. Explore the lake and Hot Springs, this place is meant to be enjoyed. Come and enjoy this beautiful property!

Family Getaway

The home & property were lovely. It was very well stocked with most everything we needed. The scenic view of the lake was gorgeous. The location was excellent.We all enjoyed our much needed family get away.

33rd wedding anniversary

We spent 3 nights here and it was wonderful. Home is lovely, but the outside is gorgeous. It was so peaceful. Even swam in the pool on May 2nd, it was a little on the cool side though. Would definitely go again.

Absolutely wonderful!

My family and I had amazing memories made at this beautiful home! We came from Texarkana for a mini getaway and this place had it all. The host was very flexible with our needs for checking in and communication was easy and clear! Very clean, pool was amazing, our teens had fun on the kayaks, we hosted a family cookout and everyone enjoyed it. We had one small hiccup with the AC but the host was quick to call in for repair and it was fixed in no time. The property was close to all things Hot Springs. We will definitely stay again!

Hot Springs get away

The home was as advertised or better. Truly felt like we were staying at home with all of the amenities. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We had a couple of small issues come up (weather related) and owners were super responsive and proactive in getting things resolved in a timely fashion. Would like to come back in summer and take advantage of fabulous location / access to the lake. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views!

Loved the outdoor area of the house. Sitting on the porch, lounging in hot tub, and around the fireplace. Beds are comfy. Included most of what was needed at the place. Could consider adding some lights along the path from driveway.

Great for families

Property was very clean and cozy. Owners were very kind and responsive. We loved the dock! Location was perfect. We were able to quickly travel to town and even get a Wal-Mart delivery but it felt secluded and private! Perfect!

Breathtaking views and plush accommodations

We had a wonderful time enjoying the natural beauty of the lake and surrounding areas. The amenities were so plentiful that we really didn’t want to leave the property to go exploring. The weather didn’t matter, we were drawn to the beautiful lake view. Whether it was watching the fog on the lake in the morning w/ coffee or sunsets from the hot tub… hands down best property I’ve stayed at thus far.

Loved the place and house

House is at a fantastic location, and is very scenic in that regards. Lot of things were there for us. Kayak, life jackets etc. near to amenities. Wi-Fi is bit slow, but won’t complain , probably high speed internet is difficult to get in the area. Lot of stuff to do inside of house, pool table, jacuzzi, stuff toys, movie dvds.

Great stay

The house was great. the view of the lake was beautiful and the deer that walked into the side yard a lovely surprise. Only recommendations: 1. Need to make people aware clearly not handicapped accessible. My husband has mobility issues and the side stairs with luggage were not easy. also need directions for the bedroom TV as you had in the living room.
