Renter beware

The property is located in a lovely neighborhood near hiking, beach, and great local restaurants. HOWEVER, the property is not as listed. The house is not in good repair. The washing machine does not work. The property is in FORECLOSURE. A process server visited the house twice while we were here. We were served with tenant papers on the last day of our stay. I contacted Vrbo about this to and was told to write a review. We rented this house while work was being done on our own home.

Nice area

Was in area for 2-day Sea Hear Now Festival in Asbury Park. Basic needs were met with rental. Bring your own bedding and towels. House is older on inside, so expect that, but if you like to see lots of mansions, the area will make up for it. Shore drive to Asbury Park was just as scenic. Except for sleeping and mornings did not spend much time at house. Big yard for dog, big deck, and safe neighborhood. Area was very enjoyable and scenic. Owner was friendly and answered any questions we had about home and area. Close to downtown Red Bank and Sandy Hook Park.

Newly Not Remodeled Home

This home was not newly remodeled. Very dirty. The marketed laundry onsite and ac etc it had none of these options. The house smelled of dog and cigarettes. They were leaving as we were arriving and they wifi did not work. Overall the entire experience was horrible.
