Beautiful and pleasant T1 30 sqm 1 minute beaches with secure private parking on request, terrace of 6 sqm, equipped and tastefully furnished for your comfort. Located 100 meters from the beach, it is close to shops, restaurants, water sports. It was completely renovated in June 2015.
Suitable for up to 4 people, it is composed of a main room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. Very bright with large windows, conveniently located near shopping, downtown and a few meters from the beaches of Juan les Pins, transport close.
