My husband and I raised our 3 sons on this property. We designed it to be a self-contained fun zone. No one invites you to their house when you have all boys so we learned very early we were the ones that had to do the inviting. We started having lots of outdoor BBQ’s, swim parties, soccer practices, bocce games and dinner parties that accommodated everyone, kids and parents. Now they are grown and gone with families of their own and we have a big old house that sits empty when we travel.

The property sits on almost 3/4 acre which means you can kick a soccer ball in the backyard or just sit and enjoy the view of majestic Mt. Diablo. It is a single-story home with a massive kitchen designed for family gatherings. It is equipped with every cooking utensil, appliance, dish, pot you could possibly want for. It's perfect for large BBQ’s around the pool outside or traditional holiday dinners for the entire family.
