Perfect long weekend house for extended family to enjoy Berkeley and College Ave. Such a great location near restaurants, shops, groceries, and cafes. The interior of the house is decorated with interesting art and is full of thoughtful details. The kitchens are AMAZING! My parents loved staying in the Airstream. A unique experience. Dustin was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Of all my travels, this was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. We had a large gathering of friends to celebrate a birthday and the loss of another friend of ours. Our host, Dustin, was genuinely one of the greatest hosts I've ever interacted with. Extremely accommodating, excellent communication, and was very quick to respond and answer all of our questions clearly.The property is beautiful and extremely spacious. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub in the backyard as well as the pool table on the main floor. Every floor has a story to tell. From the pictures to the books all around.This place had everything we needed and a few things we didn't even know we needed. We are very grateful for having had this opportunity and will not hesitate to stay here again!Thank you Dustin for all of your help and being so accommodating and gracious.

This is a really wonderful house in a great location, near restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. In spite of the bustling neighborhood, the rooms were quiet for sleeping, even with windows open. Beds were comfortable, and I appreciated that there were top sheets plus a comforter on each bed, making it easy to adjust warmth as needed. Like pretty much all similar rentals, the kitchen gear is not top-notch, but it is serviceable. The host is very responsive. If you have any issues or concerns, he will address them promptly. If you are renting the whole house, be aware that it has been optimized to treat each floor as a separate unit, and moving among the floors can be a bit awkward. The stairs to the upper floor are quite steep. Even with those limitations, I would choose this house again for a similar family gathering.

Great house for big crowds needing to be close to the campus. Located in a walkable, safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, stores, grocery stores, etc and a short drive to campus. Definitely recommend it!
