Enjoy our comfortable home's light, comfy beds, cooks' kitchen, radiant heated floors, high beam ceilings, and skylights. Our cozy craftsman is perfect for vacationers, foodies, business travelers & families w/kids.
The charming 3 bedrooom is filled with artistic flair, warmth that will make your stay as comfortable as home. Accommodates 1 to 6 guests. The 3rd bedroom is entered through the master bedroom. All the amenities of home including laundry, full kitchen, heated floors, apple tv not cable tv, comfortable beds. All linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, etc. provided.
Taxis, Uber, etc. take minutes to arrive, Enterprise Rental Car is 1.3 miles and multiple other car rental companies are the same distance away, Downtown and North Berkeley BART are both 1 mile walkable (15 minutes), bus stop is 1 block away and less than 2 miles from the freeway. Easy to get anywhere in Berkeley from our home.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If possible, we always appreciate when guests:
a. Place all used linens, towels, etc., in/by the hamper next to the locked closet in the hall.
b. Wash all dishes in the dishwasher.
C. Put trash, recycling & compost out to the appropriately labeled large bins by the property entry gate.
d. Close all open windows.
E. Turn off all lights and fans in all rooms.
f. Leave the place tidy.
g. Lock the door when you leave.
