Tastefully appointed one-bedroom apartment in North Berkeley, two blocks from the North Berkeley BART Station. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a Berkeley home. It is a new addition so everything i.e. all appliances and furnishings are absolutely 'brand new'. It includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, bathroom with bath and shower, washer-dryer, lovely kitchen with space for eating, a spacious living room. and many amenities. The apartment has a separate entrance and a sweet garden patio area.

Location! Walk to BART, Fourth Street Shopping area, UC Berkeley, Gourmet Ghetto, Downtown Berkeley with Art Deco Berkeley Library on Kittredege.

Wonderful stay!

We had the most wonderful stay in Berkeley at this lovely rental! Nancy and Linda were so helpful and extremely efficient, communicating during our week there, providing explanations when we needed them---having support when on a trip does so much to ease the other stresses (and ours was quite a busy schedule!). Grateful for finding this place and certainly would stay again!

Comfortable modern apartment in great location

Very clean, modern apartment in a terrific location within walking distance of BART, Trader Joe's, and superb restaurants. Very responsive host, extremely comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, excellent shower. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Special Occassion celebrating our son.

The place was absolutely lovely. Extremely clean and decorated beautifully. It also had a well stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal. Bed was very comfortable . Spacious bathroom with a very cool mirror. Having a washer dryer was very helpful as we were traveling to Hawaii before heading home. We highly recommend staying there .Super host!

Cute and nice location

We were greeted by Nancy, who took us through the place and explained everything. The bed was really comfy, the space is "just right" for a couple. It was only about 3 minutes from my daughter's house in Albany, so very convenient. Nancy provided lists of nearby and popular restaurants, shops, etc. that was very helpful. All-around a great stay!

A month long stay

It's a very comfortable nicely designed new house. The kitchen is fully equipped. Location is great, shops & restaurants are within walking distance. Nancy is a very helpful host & she's always available for any assistance. we hope that it's available whenever we visit the bay area

Lovely apartment in Berkeley

We loved staying in Nancy’s apartment. The location was excellent…walking distance to BART, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the comfort and stylish decor of this spacious spot. The kitchen was supplied with anything you’d need to cook a meal and all of the furniture,, towels, and supplies were first class. Nancy was a wonderful host, responding helpfully to any need.

Great location and comfortable!

Great spot to stay, very clean, has everything you would need, very good communication from the property manager. The apartment is in the lower level so doesn’t have a ton of light during the day but it worked as I was out and about most of the time anyway. Would stay here again!

A Very Comfortable Place to Stay

We had a very pleasant stay over Thanksgiving week and highly recommend this property. The table height counter was perfect for a quick breakfast and the couch and swivel chair were comfortable for relaxing in the evening. The bathroom was equipped with high-end European style fixtures and a washer and dryer that worked well for a small amount of laundry. Nancy greeted us on arrival to make sure we had no problems entering the unit and was quick to respond to our questions.

Great apartment

We loved this comfortable and very convenient apartment in North Berkeley about 2 blocks from the Bart station. It is the nicest "basement" apartment I have stayed in. Surprisingly great natural light, absolutely quiet and private. Very clean, nice living room/kitchen area and the location is great. Just beware that it is so close to the Bart that there is only 2 hour parking unless you walk a block or two away. Host is very responsive and available for questions. Hope to return when I'm back visiting the area.

Comfortable apartment

Nice and quiet. Furniture could use some updating as it is a tad beat up, but it works. Nicely equipped kitchen for small meals. Good shower. Onerous cleaning on the way out. I have never been asked to wipe down counters and strip bed

Terrific

Perfect for our 10 day stay, as the apartment is in a private home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The owner has done a nice job blending lush outdoor plantings with good security, and you enter the apartment through a locked gate. On street parking was plentiful, but limited to 2 hours during the day - not a big deal since we were out and about most of the time. Inside, we were met with a well kept and appointed apartment and thoughtful welcome gifts: a bottle of wine and chocolates. Had a little trouble with the oven, but the owner lives upstairs and came to the rescue - with cheese and crackers in hand!

This is a delightful apartment that did not disappoint. Very clean and well appointed with clean linens and misc cleaning and paper products - plus updated kitchen, bath and furniture. It was a pleasure to stay here! The Landlord was readily available to make suggestions, too. Location is terrific - with a bagel shop, Target, CVS, Trader Joe’s and BART stop nearby….Make sure you visit the Berkeley Marina at sunset for a breathtaking view of the Golden Gate. Hopefully, we’ll return soon!
