Beautiful Modern European Style in Law Unit Albany Tropical Yard Jacuzzi Pizza
Immaculate Modern European-Style In-Law Unit. This thoughtfully designed, compact basement space features four windows, a kitchenette, a shower with a Jacuzzi tub, a queen-sized bed, hardwood floors, and elegant Italian tiles. Enjoy a private entry leading to a large tropical yard with an outdoor Jacuzzi and fire pit. Free WiFi with 1 GB Fiber, the fastest available. Although cozy, the space is efficiently organized, making it ideal for visiting scholars or families of UC students. Convenient transportation options include bus, BART, car, and walking. Non-smokers only, please. As a special touch, you'll be welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates.

o Check-in is anytime after 4 PM.
o Check-out is by 12 PM.
2. No Smoking:
o Please refrain from smoking, we do not allow smoking inside the property or in any shared areas of the property.
3. No Pets:

o To keep the peace, parties and large gatherings aren’t allowed.
5. Respect for Neighbors:
o Please keep noise levels down, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM, to respect our other guests.

o For everyone's safety, only the guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property, unless pre-approved by us.
