Safe day and night, tranquil with friendly professionals and families, literally a few minutes from kite surfing, golf, hiking birding and world class theater, art, restaurants, nightlife. Public transit options abound, great biking is right outside. A little further are famous California beaches, including the site of Mavericks surf competition, whale watching, bay cruises. The Bay Trail is minutes away with spectacular views of SF, three bridges, sailing. Multiple golf courses are nearby. UC Berkeley campus is fast and easy access, SF, Marin, the peninsula, the Napa and Sonoma valley wine country are easy and quick road trips, and more.

The two story floor to ceiling windows, sliding doors, and the layout add to the spaciousness even as it feels tranquil and cozy. The large private deck overlooking a huge garden with trees and peeks of SF downtown and Bay, add to that. Indoor -outdoor life, very California, in a setting that is so private and soothing.
