We had a nice stay here! It’s a lovely spot. When the weather is good, the outdoor space is glorious. The kitchen is well equipped and the host responsive.

Second time staying here - we’re obsessed, we LOVE it. Space is clean, super-comfortable, well-appointed and the location is amazing. We love lingering in the kitchen over coffee. Neighborhood is beautiful. Walking distance to a market, restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and the CAL campus. Family is very kind and very accommodating. They left a lovely bottle of wine and a bite for us to eat in the fridge. How nice is that?!!Could not more highly recommend this apartment!!!

This property was exactly as described and perfect. Very clean. Plenty of extra towels and blankets if needed. Set in a really pretty part of Berkeley.I stayed for two weeks. It has all the conveniences of home and parking was never a problem. The host is a very good communicator. I will definitely stay here again if it’s available!

Neighborhood is beautiful! Excellent communication with the owner! Walking distance to a grocery store, coffee, shops, a fun burger joint, and lots of other things. Walking distance to UC Berkeley. Apartment was extremely comfortable, well appointed, very spacious and the access to the park-like backyard was fantastic and serene. Owner and family are SO lovely - they kindly left a bottle of wine, refrigerator stocked with beverages and even a meal in the freezer. Could not more highly recommend this stay. Look forward to staying here again and again.

This place was a great find! It was walkable to my son's dorm and also close to the cute little coffee shops and restaurants on College Ave. We stayed over Cal's graduation weekend and it provided us a quiet, restful place to escape the festivities when we needed a break. We would highly recommend this rental!
