Robert was a great host, responding immediately to our questions and needs. The location was an easy walk to Solano Ave, with lots of shops, restaurants, and a Safeway grocery store if we wanted to cook in instead of going out.

Beautiful home and prime location

We loved staying near Solano Ave. with easy access to BART and restaurants. The home has a well equipped kitchen and lots of light. We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic unit for anywhere from 1-4 adults that want to have all the comforts of a full home. Kitchen is well equipped for general cooking. Bedrooms and beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and stocked. My parents stayed for 6 days and had no complaints

Charming home in Berkeley

Beautiful, well kept home within short walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and parks in residential neighborhood. Host was exceptionally responsive. Made our stay feel like home.

What a great place to stay. The location is fantastic. Close to shops and restaurants and hiking. The home was really comfortable and clean. Robert left us a bottle of wine and coffee and chocolate when we arrived. That was such a nice touch. I will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

We loved this spic and span home! The beds are really comfortable, all basic needs supplied. The house is in a charming, quiet street with easy parking but a short walk to stores. Our host Robert very responsive. Great find.

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood

We spent nearly a week in this lovely little two bedroom home. The neighborhood is an easy drive to all of the East Bay locations that we wanted to visit during our stay. The area was quiet with tree-lined sidewalks and limited traffic. There were lots of nice restaurants and shops a short walk away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious. We hope to stay here again during our next East Bay trip.

Fine property. Dated to be sure, but comfortable. Kitchen is very basic. Few dishes/glasses etc, but nice enough if you don't plan to prepare a significant meal or entertain. Could not get on-line.

Wonderful stay!

Robert is a wonderful host - very welcoming and very responsive throughout our visit. The house is perfect and is exactly as described. In advance, we had a slight concern about on street parking, but Robert assured us that we would always find easy parking and we did. We were also a bit concerned about the house being too hot, but Robert responded by installing window units and we never felt hot. The neighborhood is quiet and just a short walk to Solano and all the shops and coffee places. We will definitely return and we appreciate everything Robert did to make our stay so enjoyable.

Fabulous Location!

Great location, extremely comfortable house. I felt as though i was in my home, being that i live in a craftsman. I loved everything about the house. Well maintained and clean. I would stay there again. Great neighborhood and made it easy to walk about town for everything.
