This is a lovely private room with a separate entrance in the basement of the hosts home in a quiet neighborhood. The host was welcoming and very respectful of our privacy. The room had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of street parking and the location is close to great restaurants and shops with easy access to everything in the East Bay.

Our host was extremely welcoming. The accommodations were perfect for our purposes. The facility was well-equipped with amenities that made the stay even better than we anticipated. For example, there were more than enough outlets for all our electronics, and plush robes and slippers.

It was spacious, with many new amenities, and has a great location, only a block from Solano Street with stores (including a great bakery) and a coffee shop. Gracious hosts. Will definitely go back!

Laura and Mark are terrific hosts. The location is very close to great coffee, bakery and shops. Also close to beautiful places to walk. We highly recommend their space.

Accommodations were clean, host generally friendly and helpful. The apartment does have a private entrance but it’s part of the host’s house. The space is separated from the rest of the house by a hung sheet and sometimes they come down to use the laundry room so it wasn’t as private as I thought it was going to be. The space is cold, however, the host provided space heaters

Perfect for short stay

It had everything we needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed; a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge; access to a washing machine and dryer; and convenient 24/7 street parking. Would happily stay here again. Thank you Laura!

Laura’s “lovely studio” is just that. Great location for walking to Solano ave with coffee, bakeries, restaurants and shops. Clean. Comfortable, responsive host. Thoughtful touches like lights in both sides of bed, softrst terry robes ever! We are and hope to continue to be frequent guests!!
