A very comfortable home with a fantastic location! Our host was very caring and always available to our needs. We recommend this listing. Especially great for older folds who want to park in front of the house without having to climb a steep hill to access the home.Furthermore, there are many shops, restaurants and grocers nearby (only about a mile from downtown Berkeley).

Lovely home, good location in North Berkeley, on a quiet street. Hosts Bob and Margarita could not have been more accommodating. Check in was easy, and our hosts always answered any queries in a timely manner. Would definitely book again!

This is our favorite place to stay in Berkeley. We always check here first and only look elsewhere if this lovely house is already reserved. The hosts couldn’t be better. We love the very private outdoor area in the back of the house. The neighborhood is filled with flowers and trees and very walkable. Great food is within walking distance. Thank you M and B for allowing us to stay in your home.

Comfortable and well-equipped home in desirable North Berkeley neighborhood. Was a perfect place to gather for a family Thanksgiving. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy parking. Hosts could not have been more lovely and accomodating.

A great house in a quiet area, but you can walk to two good districts.

Very nice place to stay and we hope to be back soon. Bob and Margarita provided good written instructions and they were a pleasure to meet. About as good as it could be for getting to know Berkeley.
