Great location for the birthday party I was celebrating nearby. Easy walk downhill to the Rockridge neighborhood with lots of shops and eateries. Place was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfy. Nights were very quiet.

Beautiful room! So nicely decorated, spacious, and large minifridge with freezer for a week’s food. The studio can get cold in the morning but the blankets are warm and there is a heater as well if needed (we did not test it). The host was nice and responsive; and there is a toaster oven and kettle as well as disposable cutlery and cups. Some of the drawers are a bit old and can get stuck; overall a very pleasant stay and gorgeous room that shows just a bit of age, though it adds to its charm.

The view of the Bay from the driveway was magnificent. The neighborhood is very quiet and pretty. The room was quite clean.

Host was very responsive. The studio was….awkward. It was spacious but huge couches /cabinets overwhelmed the space and made it awkward to move around. Bathroom was up some stairs and through 2 doors. Kinda small and again laid out awkwardly . Parking was a challenge on the second and third nights. Had to wait until spaces on the street opened up. On the last night, it rained. The hosts car was parked under a roof drip and had to listen to the drips thump on the hood of the car.

This converted garage unit is in a good location at an affordable price. It smelled musty. The bed was comfortable. Some items were nonfunctional and the cleaning was below standard. The excessive amount of furniture made it difficult to move around in the space.
