This property is over priced for the actual house. Pictures over sell the size and quality of the property. The property is not well maintained and furniture is extremely worn out. The pool was not clean. We found other previous visitor’s swimming googles left in the pool, but this is not surprising as the bottom of the pool was so covered in algae we couldn’t see the floor. The outside theater furniture is so worn out it questionable if you could sit through a whole movie on it. The communication and interview process before arrival was excellent, but only made the arrival more of a let down as expectations were set high from the online add.

Thank you for your feedback. We strongly disagree that the property is misrepresented. The home’s size, layout, furnishings, and amenities are clearly shown in the listing before booking. It is also important to note that no cleanliness or maintenance concerns were reported to us during the stay, including the pool or outdoor furniture, so our team was given no opportunity to inspect or address them at the time. We stand firmly behind the accuracy of the listing and the condition of the property.

The place was just as listed. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. The grill was out of propane when we arrived, but a message to the host had that taken care of quickly. The only issue we had was so many mosquitoes and there were a lot of wasps that seem to have taken up residence under the deck stairs. Other than that it was a great place to stay that was close to, but not in Dallas.

Nice property

This was a great stay for us, yes it was out of the business of downtown, but still in a comfortable driving distance. Backyard was enjoyable and pool would have been nice if the weather was warmer (stayed in April).

Asher was very helpful and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. The property was easy to find and check-in was super easy. The pool was by far the best part, especially in the Texas summer heat!

All of the vents and AC room were covered in mold. The staff and office resolved our concerns by relocating us, but it did take a few hours to verify our issue and get a new house.

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns involving mold and air quality very seriously. Once the issue was reported, our team took the appropriate steps to verify the concern and relocate your group to another property. The affected areas have since been professionally inspected and addressed. While verification and relocation required some coordination, the matter was not ignored, and we acted to provide a solution as quickly as possible. We stand behind the actions taken and want to assure future guests that the reported issue has since been resolved.

Thanks giving

Rented this home for a week visiting family in the plano area. Home is exactly as it is shown. The yard is large and fendced in so our pups had a place to run. The home was well suited for our visit. The Kitchen was equipped well enough that we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. We had a great stay. The location worked well as everything we needed or went to see was 20-30 minutes away. Thank you for a great stay. we will rent here again.
