Beautiful Beach Cottage Two Blocks from Beach and Convention Center

This adorable two bedroom cottage has an open kitchen/living area. Bedroom one has a queen sized bed, bedroom two has a bunk bed, and there is a sofa in the living room that opens to a queen bed as well. Relax on the front porch that has serene flowers and a cozy sitting area. This unit has a washer/ dryer for your convenience. It also has a private outdoor shower/ storage area to help prevent sand from entering the home. This property is a non-smoking facility. Owner lives on site to ensure a peaceful and quiet family setting. Wake up to the smell of Uncle Bill's Pancake House across the street and Duffinetti's Restaurant for lunch and/or dinner. We are walking distance to convention center, boardwalk, NJTransit, awesome restaurants, and Wildwood's newest brewery. There are so many things to do without a car. We recently purchased and upgraded the entire property. Come join us for a family friendly vacation spot. Our home is only available to families. We do not accept party groups. We also do not allow pets or therapy dogs. We will allow true “service” dogs with certificates. Please do not book our property for your teens or young adult children unless you plan to stay with them for the duration of the vacation. If they are left unsupervised, we will require them to leave. We do not allow people under age 25 to book with us. Our goal is provide a safe family oriented vacation spot. Because we have children on the property, we do NOT allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the property. There is a park with benches just three houses away. Smoking/vaping can be done there. We look forward to hearing about the wonderful memories you create with your family during your stay.

Wonderful beach stay!

We came for memorial day weekend, and we were very pleased with our accommodations. The house was very clean, several blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Carl and Grace were on site to answer any questions and were very accommodating. I would definitely come back and stay!

Beach Blast Weekend

Warm, cozy and close to the beach!

Went with my kids and my mom for a quick weekend trip. Grace and Carl were amazing and friendly! The cottage was clean cozy and comfortable. Grace and Carl made us feel so at home. The location is a easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely come back again with hubby and the kids.

Great Getaway

The house was perfect for what we needed for a quick Getaway! Location was great for walking to beach and boardwalk. We loved listening to the live music outside from the restaurant nextdoor. Perfect LDW

We had a great time in the cottage. The outdoor shower was perfect to hose down the kids after the beach. The cottage has all the necessary amenities- fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, lots of AC, outdoor seating, WiFi. It was nicely located as well. So Cozy

My sisters and I rented the cottage for a girls weekend. Grace and Carl were so sweet and attentive. We arrived in the evening and they were there to greet us. The cabin was cozy and perfect for our needs. We will be back next year!!!

Cozy Cottage

This property is perfect for couples or small families. Located in a safe neighborhood and with owners on site, this cottage provided comfort and peace of mind - creating a relaxing vacantion environment. The beach and boardwalk are just a short walk yet far enough so there isn't any noise. The restaurant next store has live music each night you can enjoy from your porch! Lastly, the owners are thoughtful, approachable, and willing to help with anything. I can't wait to return!

The property holds five adorable vacation units. We enjoy giving old, tired furniture and beautiful facelift. Come see our creative touch on this new/old gem located on E Burk Avenue, Wildwood, NJ.

Why they chose this property

The House of Grace joins yesteryear and current day living within the precious five units of the Property. We wanted a tired looking home by the ocean and boardwalk in order to put our love of restoration into our favorite resort area. Now that we became grandparents, we want our family and friends to gather often to create nostalgic memories. Walk to shopping, mini golf, boardwalk, beach, water parks, amusements, restaurants, a brewery, and NJ Transit. Become a continuing vacationer at our newest/old favorite home by the sea.

What makes this property unique

Each vintage dresser holds a story of the last fifty plus years of residing at the shore. The old fashioned sinks caused us to open our wallets to invest in the sweetest, most charming apartments we could afford. Each unit has its very own porch/deck that invites its guests to rest awhile with a glass in hand. We look forward to meeting you and hearing about your favorite thing in your unit.
