This wonderfully situated home at the mouth of Cache Creek Canyon sits only 15 minutes walk from the heart of downtown Jackson, and only 2 minutes walk from Forest Service lands and miles of trails for hiking, biking and nature all around. In winter these same trails cater to Fat Tire bikes and groomed and un-groomed ski trails.This 3400 sq ft home has 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, expansive living/kitchen/dining areas that flow into an outdoor deck with close mountain views. A hot tub and steam room await to help you relax after the days adventures. Comfortably sleeps 10 or more guests. The property has multiple outdoor decks, a huge backyard, Snow King and southern Teton range views. Endless opportunities for the whole family exist. This home is the ideal launch pad for winter or summer vacations. Snow King Resort is just down the street with skiing and tubing in the wintertime, and also mini-golf, treetop adventures ropes course, and the year-round Cowboy Coaster. Town rules here state one rental every 31 days. 10 nights minimum stay. Significant discount for long term rental.

Why they chose this property
This is the best of Jackson Hole! Modern living in the heart of Jackson. This house was built in 2014. It was designed to take full advantage of the sun's arc across the sky in all seasons. While we are not alone in this part of town, there are but few of us and our view passes above the other houses to scan the hillsides and surrounding mountains. We are blessed to live where we do, and look forward to sharing our home with you.
What makes this property unique
This is one of the rare spots in town where you can be so close to all the possibilities Jackson has to offer and yet outside the traffic circles where a drink on the back deck offers more of a rural setting surrounded by mountains.
