It was a great location to the University! We were here for the LSU/Alabama game while visiting our kids in college. Plenty of space & loved the small details. Definitely will stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! Everything was spotless and well maintained—it was clear right away how much effort went into making our stay enjoyable.The host was incredible—so considerate and genuinely went above and beyond in every way. We arrived around midnight due to my daughter’s sports schedule, and check-in couldn’t have been easier. It was completely stress-free, which we truly appreciated after a long day of work, sports and driving.We were in town for a concert, and the host left so many thoughtful extras for us to use during our stay—it really made the experience feel special and personalized. The pool was an also huge highlight for our family and made the trip even better.The location was perfect, especially for getting to Bryant-Denny Stadium. It’s basically a straight shot down University after exiting the neighborhood—super convenient and easy to navigate.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Charming house for a family stay. Wish we didn’t have a thunderstorm because the pool and patio are gorgeous. Amazing showerhead in the master bathroom. Lots of care and hospitality on making it a wonderful stay from the owners. Highly recommend.

Alabama Parents Weekend

I cannot say enough positive things about this property!! Owners were I very helpful and thought of every last detail! Easy to communicate with and very responsive! The house is immaculate, well appointed, and decorated to a tee. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, we did enjoy sitting outside on the patio and visiting with our kids. The neighborhood is safe and very easy to get to with a grocery store close by if you need any last minute items. Great for a parents weekend, graduation, football game…you name it. Will definitely be back next time we are staying in Tuscaloosa!!!

Amazing Graduation Weekend

Our family stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from the University of Alabama. Anna was a wonderful host who went the extra mile to welcome our family. Anna left special touches around the house to recognize our daughter’s graduation (graduation signs, flowers and an amazing welcome basket). This home has an fantastic backyard with an amazing pool. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and making lots of memories. Anna was very attentive and quick to respond to any our of needs (thank you for delivering the propane tank so quickly for the black stone). I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Anna!!

Game day getaway

This property was better than the photos. The decor is beautiful. The backyard patio and pool area were so relaxing and our favorite hang out spot. Everything we needed was there and Anna was just a text away. It was a quick 15 minute drive to campus . She is even mailing back an item we left behind. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again!

Fantastic choice for UA Family Weekend

This house is a perfect alternative to multiple expensive hotel rooms! Anna is great and helpful (even sending a hair dryer by Door Dash when I was desperate). I appreciate this family sharing their home, and our college student and his roommates appreciated us being able to make them a “home-cooked” meal. Only a 15-min drive to campus (although about 25 min in high traffic). Worked very well for game day!

This property is perfect! Clean, comfortable and has a beautiful backyard w/ pool, grill and patio perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The rain kept us from our regular plans, but this property made it easy to just grill at home for dinner Friday and tailgate before the ballgame on Saturday. The property owner had a lovely welcome basket with lots of goodies and made us feel very welcome! Will definitely re-book this property in the future!!!

Our stay at the Pool House in Cottondale was great. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. The property manager was easy to reach and responded promptly to all questions. The property was beautiful and all the accommodations were 5 star! The arrival basket was so amazing and very welcoming too. And it is very close to the University of Alabama.

What an awesome home for a peaceful family vacation!! The home is beautiful, very comfortable, and SPOTLESS!! We LOVED the pool!! The owners are friendly, kind, and quick to respond!! The attention to detail is amazing—from the sweet welcome basket with detailed instructions to the wonderful smells of the hand soaps! If you think the bedrooms look luxurious in the pictures, you are correct!! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was great!! What a treat for our Mississippi crew!!
