The town of Cagne offers 3.5 km of pebble beach, between public beaches, equipped with showers + toilets, and private beaches, offering various services and activities in good quality bathing water controlled by the Nice environment laboratory. .

The house is located in the residential district of Bas Collettes, at the foot of the Renoir museum.

The city center and its market are 15 minutes walk, the seaside nearby (2 kms).

The apartment is 44 m2 & is located on the ground floor of a traditional Niçois style villa.

The common areas of the villa, consisting of the garden and the swimming pool, are shared with another apartment on the 1st floor.

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die onze privacy respecteerden. Alles ziet er ook zo uit als op de foto’s in de advertentie. Enige nadeel was dat we de auto op de straat moesten parkeren. Een fijne locatie voor Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Antibes, … te bezoeken, zelfs met de trein.Inge en Renaat

Tolle Lage, nette Vermieter, perfekt für 2 Personen

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche Anfang September 2018 in diesem Domizil verbracht. Anders als in den typischen Appartment-Anlagen der Cote d' Azur, in denen man sich Pool und Liegen mit Dutzenden anderen Bewohnern teilt, konnten wir hier eine von außen nicht einsehbare Privatsphäre genießen. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, und die überdachte Terasse ist der perfekte Platz für Frühstück oder Abendessen direkt am Pool. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ansonsten bekommt man von ihnen ebenso wenig mit wie von dem umliegenden Häusern oder vom Verkehr. Sehr ruhige erholsame Lage im Dreieck Nizza, Antibes und St. Paul de Vence. Direkt das Meer in Laufentfernung hat man natürlich nicht - das sind ein paar Autominuten.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub an einem wunderbaren Ort

Das Appartement ist geräumig, sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, das wir benötigen. Aufgrund der Hitze und weil die Besitzer des Hauses selbst auf Urlaub waren, war der Pool leider für 2-3 Tage wirklich kaum zu benutzen (grün, schmutzig). Es reichte aber eine Nachricht an den Vermieter und es wurde schnell reagiert und versucht, das Problem zu beheben. Der Pool wurde danach gesäubert, mit Mitteln behandelt und ein kurzer Regenguss am Abend haben den Pool am nächsten Morgen wieder in schönem hellblau "glänzen" lassen! Ein Tipp an den Vermieter: bitte lasst das Garagentor generalsanieren oder auswechseln, oder stellt zumindest den Mietern einen Schlüssel für die Eingangstüre zum Garten zur Verfügung. Wenn sich das Tor, wie bei uns, nicht öffnen lässt, ist man eingesperrt oder muss mit der Leiter darüber klettern. Macht auch kein gutes Bild, wenn ein paar für Nachbarn unbekannte Personen über ein Garagentor klettern ;-) Ansonsten liegt das Appartement auf einer Anhöhe in ruhiger Lage. Zum Bäcker sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß bergab. Mit dem Auto kommt man zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Côte d'Azur innerhalb kurzer Zeit. Wir waren sehr happy dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind ganz liebe Leute, welchen das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt. Vielen Dank dafür!!

Perfect home from home

Firstly the pictures do not do this justice Everything about the apartment is quality, it is finished to a high standard in a quiet neighbourhood. You are 5 minute walk from the local bakery, 7 minute to the bus station, 10 minute from the supermarket and 20 minute down hill walk to the beach with numerous restaurants and bars. The apartment is secure and captures the sun most of the day till 7pm. I really cannot find fault with this apartment or owners - the owners were on vacation and still communicated to ensure everything was fine, there is wifi too which was a plus. All I can say is just book this - you won't be disappointed We'll be back for sure!!!

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was like described in advertisement and photos. It was fully equiped. We missed nothing. Besides the practical things the house is situated in a nice and quietly neigborhood. The accomadation is clean and the ambiance gives you a welcome-home feeling. Cagnes sur Mur is situated between Cannes and Nice. So it gives a variety of day activities. The owners of the house are really nice people and give a helping hand if necesarry. Our kids had really fun with their kids. No doubts to go back againg to this vey nice and pleasant place. Thank you!

Perfect stay!

We spent a gorgeous week at this property! Everything was just like on the photos! Very clean and modern. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pool every day and had breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. The owners welcomed us warmly after our long journey with some rosé wine and gave us great tips for beaches and day trips. The family was never in our way and we felt private the whole time, but they were always happy to answer any questions. The atmosphere at this place is totally relaxed and you feel at home and comfortable at all times. Nice is reached within 15-20mins and is worth a visit. Ask the owners for any excursions! Wir dürften 1 Woche in diese wundervolle Wohnung verbringen. Es ist mit liebe eingerichtete Appartement. Sehr stilvoll und praktisch und sehr sauber. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist ersten mal das wir uns alle wie Zuhause gefühlt haben. Die ganze Anlage ist Toll, gerade wenn man mit Kindern verreist. Es ist auf alles gedacht. Es fehlt am nichst. Der Pool ist schön und sauber. Also wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal diese Wohnung besuchen. Vielen dank.

Un séjour dans un petit paradis intimiste

Mon conjoint et moi-même avons fort bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle Lezardière! Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et confortable. Le petit plus..l'espace extérieur qui nous a été profitable car repas, baignades et détentes régulières. Les propriétaires ont été particulièrement accueillants et disponibles aux besoins. Et ce sera avec un grand plaisir d'y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour dans le Var..

La maison est magnifique, l'appartement est très propre et très moderne avec de belles finitions et très bien équipée ( draps, serviettes, set d'accueil...). La piscine est parfaite, une bonne taille et le soir quand elle est illuminée, elle est juste superbe. Le séjour était très relaxant. Nous avons fait un BBQ, génial!!!! Les propriétaires de l'étage supérieures sont très accueillants et aux petits soins en cas de besoin... Je recommande chaudement cet appartement...
