Schöne Aussicht jeden Tag

Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.Aussagen bezüglich Handtücher und Bettwäsche wären sinnvoll.Das Umland bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten für Kultur und Erholung. Das Nutzen des Autos ist dabei unumgänglich.

Séjour agréable, calme et vue superbe

Appartement un peu vieillot mais spacieux, calme, confortable et très agréable, le plus étant cette grande véranda et cette vue magnifique sur la mer et le cap Lardier. Dommage que la place de parking soit si étroite, la voiture est restée en bas dans la rue (il y a de la place). Bon accueil

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Wohnung von Frederique verbracht....der Ausblick auf die Bucht und das Meer war traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour du 08 au 22 juillet 2023

Bel environnement pour cet appartement situé au bas d'une villa et cependant très indépendant. L'atout étant la véranda qui offre une vue plongeante et magnifique sur la baie de Cavalaire, le cap Lardier et les collines qui sont mises en valeur le soir par toutes les maisons illuminées. Très bon accueil par la propriétaire, avenante et sympathique. Très bonne literie, calme, nous nous sommes bien reposés. Superbe séjour. Nous relouerons cet appartement sans hésitation.

Calme et vue superbe

Les deux appartements proposés sont fonctionnels, dotés de tout le nécessaire et très agréables .Ils offrent chacun une vue magnifique sur la baie de Cavalaire dans un environnement particulièrement calme. L'accueil est très chaleureux et la propriétaire toujours de bons conseils.Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location et reviendrons avec plaisir l'année prochaine.

appartement conforme mais .....

L'appartement proposé est bien conforme à l'annonce du site abritel,sauf qu'à notre arrivée ,sans nous avoir au préalable prévenu ,la propriétaire nous avez logé dans son second appartement dont nous ne connaissions pas l'existence... ET avec des prestations bien éloignées de celui que nous avions réservé ...Erreur de planning ,problème informatique..etc ..plusieurs versions, nous ont été proposées ,le second problème est que l'appartement de l'annonce était déjà loué ....Finalement ,les locataires (que la propriétaire connaissait assez bien ........)de l'appartement que nous pensions avoir réservé ,ont bien voulu échanger avec nous ........Nous avons récupéré le "bon" appartement et passé un agréable séjour.

Ces gens ayant un chien, il n'était pas envisageable de les loger là et au téléphone, ils en avaient convenu, malheureusement comme je ne l'avais pas écrit, ils ont prétexté ne pas le savoir et ne pas le vouloir.

What makes this property unique

Flat paint in winter 2014-2015, new tiled floor(2017) in the kitchen-diningroom, sun all the day but shade at 5 p.m and fresh air in the evening, very beautiful wiev on sea and cap Lardier. Great calm.
