Beautiful 2 room apartment in a quiet area overlooking the bay of St Tropez, large swimming pool.

The apartment, in strictly impeccable condition, located on the second floor out of three with lift, facing south.
It has four beds (possibility of joining the two single beds to make a large bed of 1m60)
It is composed as follows: an entrance, a bedroom with two single beds, a separate WC, a bathroom, a living room with TV, double sofa bed, kitchen equipped with large fridge / freezer and dishwasher, a safe, a terrace comfortable where you can dine or lunch for four with a beautiful view of the sea and the golf course of St Tropez. You will have a private parking lot at the complex. The residence is secured by an electric gate with digital code. It has a very large swimming pool with paddling pool and solarium, a playground for children, ping-pong tables, but also a laundromat. About 2500 meters from the beaches and shops.
Free shuttles in July and August.
Shuttles to St Tropez at the port of Issambres.

Les ISSAMBRES is a seaside village, 6 km from SAINTE MAXIME, 20 km from SAINT TROPEZ, 12 km from FRÉJUS, and 35 km from CANNES.
Activities on site: Sailing school, beach, Jet, boats, angling, diving, cycling, scooter, local markets, tennis, hiking, shopping, etc.
Arrival and departure on Saturday from 2 p.m. for arrival and no later than 10 a.m. for departure.
25% deposit for booking.
The balance is payable on the day of arrival.
A deposit of 300 € will be requested on arrival (the check will not be cashed).
Cleaning service € 75.
Bed linen and towels (2) can be rented for € 20.00 per person.

Juste un gros bémol c'est qu'on nous a signalé qu'il y avait une laverie alors qu'elle est fermée depuis 2 ans. Obliger de prendre la voiture pour aller en ville pour laver notre linge.Appartement propre sauf sous les meubles, beaucoup de poussiÚres.

Ein kleines gemĂŒtliches und schönes Appartement in einer gepflegten Anlage mit einem tollen Pool. Der Ausblick vom Appartement war genial. (Berge, Meer und die Bucht von St. Tropez). Wir konnten uns nicht satt sehen und verbrachten jede verfĂŒgbare Minute auf dem Balkon. Mit dem Auto waren wir in 5 Minuten am Strand. WĂŒrden gerne wieder kommen.

Traumhafte Lage ĂŒber der Bucht von St. Tropez. Panoramablick vom Balkon. Mit dem Auto 3 Kilometer bis zum Strand. Les Issambres ist ein zauberhafter Ort zum verweilen. Strandbar öffnen ab Anfang April. Sehr schöne BadestrĂ€nde. St. Tropez und St. Maxime sind sehr empfehlenswert und nicht weit entfernt. Tolle Natur und schicke Restaurants. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Auch mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen. Zu Fuß kann man nicht zum Meer laufen. Steile Strasse und kein Fußweg. Dieses Apartment ist in ein Highlight. Prachtig verblijf

Uitstekend appartement, voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Prima en mooi ingericht. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Mooi zwembad en leuk dorpje (Issambres) op 10 autominuten. Appartement is goed en ruim voldoende ingericht. Prima verblijf, komen zeker terug!

Dans l’annonce « un futon » Ă©tait en rĂ©alitĂ© un vieux canapĂ© Ă  ressort qui grincent Ă  moindre mouvement et qui dĂ©gage une odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Le sol, le dossier du canapĂ©, les plaids Ă©taient pleins de poils de chien. Il manque au moins un ventilateur dans le logement - impossible de dormir compte tenu des tempĂ©ratures trĂšs Ă©levĂ©es.

SĂ©jour Ă©courtĂ© (1 nuit au lieu de 7) pour cause de santĂ© mais refus de dĂ©dommagement du propriĂ©taire Pour les jours perdus alors que la semaine a coĂ»tĂ© plus de 800€ ! GalĂšre pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s auprĂšs de l’agence immobiliĂšre et agent peu aimable et peu enclin Ă  donner les infos nĂ©cessaires au bon dĂ©roulement du sĂ©jour CanapĂ© en trĂšs mauvais Ă©tat ne permettant pas d’y dormir, mobilier vĂ©tuste, propretĂ© des lieux douteuse, fenĂȘtre de la micro chambre donnant sur le pallier desservant les logements donc pas de possibilitĂ© de laisser les fenĂȘtres ouvertes. TrĂšs belle vue mer. Grande piscine (pied partout Ă  1,50m), le surveillant de la piscine est trĂšs professionnel. Lit canapĂ© dĂ©plorable, ce n'est pas normal d'arriver dans une location oĂč on n'a pas le confort pour dormir, lit creusĂ©, qui grince dĂšs le moindre mouvement. Merci d'investir pour les locataires futurs. Le deuxiĂšme petit frigo ne sert pas Ă  grand chose, le remplacer par un lave-linge. Investir pour une climatisation aussi.
