A picture perfect Cape Cod cottage
Bayside cottage. 7/10ths of a mile from Point of Rocks Beach. 2 bedroom cottage on spacious lot with separate garage. Close by are antique shops and great restaurants including The Brewster Fish House and Chillingsworth. The Brewster General Store is a short stroll away. Many trail heads to the Bike Trail are also near by. A gracious front porch with rockers, satellite tv in living room, gas and charcoal barbecues. Updated kitchen and bath. AC unit and 2 ceiling fans in main living/dining area and 1 AC unit in each of the 2 bedrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Outdoor furniture and beach chairs make this a perfect getaway. Guests must please provide their own linens and towels. No Pets please.
