Registration number (3474) This amazing, refreshing, invigorating, relaxing getaway is located on Fall River- 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, concerts at Performance Park, festivals and other attractions in downtown Estes Park. It is located in the heart of of many activities: Wildlife viewing (elk, deer, bear, big horn sheep, moose, coyotes, fox, eagles, birds). 6 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, hiking trails, rock climbing or 18-hole golf course. 1 minute to Cinnamon Bakery (homemade cinnamon and pecan rolls). 4 minutes to 9-hole golf course, horse stables, Jeep rentals and tours or Lake Estes (fly fishing, fishing, Lake Estes Marina- boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boats, paddle boars, picnic shelter...) 3 minutes to miniature golf, go-karts, bumper cars, "giant slide", trampoline and bumper boats. 2 minutes to pizza parlor or fine dining, wineries and distilleries. 6 minutes to recreation center, gym, pickle ball, swimming pool, and much more! So many things to do, but so little time!

Our home has a new large deck overlooking the waterfalls and river. Enjoy your breakfast, a cup of coffee or just the sound of the river as you relax in fresh Colorado mountain air. Our newly remodeled condo reflects our desire to provide a small comfy home away from home people want to return to every time they come to Estes Park!

Beautifully updated, clean, close to town

Spacious for a two-week stay. We like the Fall River area because it's less commercialized yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. A photo of the two bedroom closets would have been helpful as we didn't know how much storage space there is.

Waterfall mountain retreat

Quiet condo with a private balcony facing a stream with a bubbly waterfall. Easy parking right outside the unit. Very convenient in and out and less than 5 minute drive to town center. Comfortable king size bed. The wifi was spotty but less an issue as we were mostly out enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery and friendly spots to eat in town

First trip to Estes was perfect

We slept extremely well with the windows open and the most comfortable VRBO mattress we’ve slept on. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and wine in the evening as we listened to the soothing sound of the creek. The cute condo is in a great location. We walked to town three of the four days and had a short drive to RMNP.

Wonderful Week in Estes Park

Our week at the Couple's Retreat Lux Condo was both exhilarating and relaxing. We hiked and biked in RMNP during the day, rested on the deck overlooking the river in the afternoon, and walked the short distance to dinner and drinks each evening. Everything was as advertised: the condo was spotless and had plenty of room for the two of us.

Summer in Estes Park

This cozy cottage was conveniently located to allow us to walk into town for dinner and gain access to RMNP each day. The online photos accurately represent the cottage and the back deck overlooks a powerful stream. Parking was available close to the cottage. Even though there is contraction going on in the complex and surrounding area, it did not impact our stay. We had a pleasant visit.

Excellent place and location not far from main street!

Great place if you are looking for something within walking distance of town. Right on a small river front, so you can open it up and listen to the water all night long. Would be nice if they added a Blu-ray player, but did have Netflix working.

Loved it!

Beautiful recently remodeled ( I believe) condo with a short walk to downtown Estes. Easy check in. Had an issue with the Wi-Fi initially but the owners took care of that and had someone out to fix the issue quickly. Highly recommend and we would love to rent this unit again!

Perfect stay

Everything you see and stated is true. The condo is clean, nice and perfectly located. Easy to check in and out. Location, amenities, and balcony with a view!

We were looking for a quiet place near town and near the Rocky Mountains and this was perfect. So easy to check in and out, everything was clean and ready for us. The king size bed was welcoming after long day hikes. We were lacking nothing. Thank you!

Perfect property & location for two. Very clean & well maintained. Walking distance to downtown. Balcony on the Fall River was great! The Elkhorn Lodge construction was not an issue.

Very nice for a couple that would like to be close to town and on the river.

Construction on adjacent property should probably be better disclosed as the heavy equipment vehicles make loud beeping noise when in reverse (which is outside on the bedroom windows side).

Clean, comfortable, & conveniently located!!

My husband & I stayed 3 nights during the month of August & we loved it. Loved being able to open the balcony door and hear the stream! All 3 mornings we spent on the balcony watching & listening to the water. The condo is very clean, the bed & furniture are very cozy/comfortable, & the drive to “downtown” is under 5 min. The owners were quick to respond to questions and the space is stocked with more than the basics. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing Stay

This was our second time staying at this location. We love being on the river and being able to walk into town. It’s quiet and clean. Well maintained property. Host is awesome. Very quick to reply with any question. On our way out we had the opportunity to meet the owner. Awesome human. We know Estes is an annual vacation spot for us now and will keep coming back to this property.

Everything was perfect with the exception of kitchen. Has all the basics for someone who eats out a lot. For the person who cooks a lot could use more kitchen utensils and other stuff, but overall would love to come back again and would defiantly stay here again if available.

Great place

This place is right jon the Fall River, and short drives Or walks to any place in Estes. Ten minutes from RMNP. Neighbors above and next to you, but we never heard them. Very comfortable bed. We really appreciated how clean it was. Asked for an additional night, and got it. Thanks Steve.
