everything was great with the room and the place and the hosts! close to town and park entrances but far enough away that the hordes of people in town are not an issue. note: its at least a mile walk to anything in the main part of town and a pretty good hill to hike up on the return trip.

We had a fantastic weekend. The place was clean, cozy, and with a very efficient layout. We loved the sunny deck with the nice view over the neighborhood. Everything was very well maintained inside and outside. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. You could easily walk to the center in only 20 minutes. We really hope to be able to stay again in the near future. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful place! Sid & Yvette

Wonderful last minute find! We planned a spontaneous trip to RMNP and were thrilled to find this apartment open. Host communicated regularly and gave helpful tips about access to the park. Incredibly responsive to any questions. Clean and comfortable accommodations — well stocked with fresh towels and morning coffee!
