We've been through a pandemic where we were shut down and lost about 4 months of revenue and in the fall we dealt with unprecedented wildfires where the entire town of Estes was evacuated for 12 days. PLEASE PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE!! This protects the traveler and the owner in natural disaster situations that include, but are not limited to pandemics, Covid shutdowns, wildfires, floods, blizzards, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, tsunamis, wind, rain, sleet, snow also car accidents, death or death of a family member, illness, asteroids, alien invasions, zombie attacks, war, terrorists attacks, riots or any other act of God. If you decide not to purchase trip insurance then I assume it is not an issue when you do not receive a refund or rebooking.
Wildlife Elk, deer, coyotes, bobcats year round. Elk Bugles in the fall. Elk cows and calves in the spring . Turkeys from Labor Day to May. Bears stroll through the property often.

This cabin is super cute and has a wonderful location to downtown Estes Park and RMNP.Very clean with comfortable beds.It is small but well equipped with a nice covered outdoor space and private hot tub. We enjoyed our stay!
House is so cute! We had a whole herd of elk come through while we were in the hot tub. Priceless experience. We also had a deer, turkey, and bunny visit. Close to the park. But also close to town. Fun little house!

Thank you for the review. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay, and were able to see some wildlife!
The cabin was super cute and charming and perfect for our small family. It was beautifully historic with modern updates. We enjoyed opening the windows but the air-conditioning was a plus with the hot late July temps. We loved the outdoor area with the spacious deck, covered patio and hot tub. The yard was nice as well with huge boulders and a little stream. We saw deer in the yard frequently. The location can’t be beat- very close to RMNP and downtown Estes Park, not to mention there is a fabulous food market within walking distance. We will definitely return to this Estes Park cabin!

Thank you for the review. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay!
This two bedroom cottage is attractive and close to Estes Park restaurants and the riverwalk, as well as two entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms are fairly small. We enjoyed using the deck and the outdoor hot tub. Host should replace the no longer non-stick skillet with a good non-stick skillet. Otherwise, the kitchen was just fine.

Thank you for your review. We will get the skillet replaced. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay!
Loved the cabin! It was as described but the extras were incredible. We loved sitting outside ( two different seating areas), using the hot tub, and enjoying the quiet of the area. The wildlife was enjoyable; birds, deer and turkeys. The location is very convenient. Close to the Bear Lake and Wild Basin RMNP entrance. Plus town is just minutes away. Everything was extremely clean and in good repair. The host was very responsive. This property was perfect for us to share with our adult son. Overall an excellent value! We will again the next time we’re in the area.

Comfortable, well located (less than 5 minutes to the RMNP entrance). Everything you need - full kitchen, gas grill, heater works great. Would stay there again.
A great getaway. We enjoyed seeing wildlife in the yard both mornings we were there. It's conveniently located near town, and yet you feel as if you are far up in the mountains. The host was very attentive to details and easy to communicate with during our stay. We would definitely return to this place.
