This property is, simply put, superb. Unbeatable location, well-appointed/maintained, spotlessly cleaned, responsible host. We have stayed at many such properties over the years; this is among the top 0.5%.
The cabin was exactly as described. Clean, cozy and had everything you could possibly need! Beautiful property and easy to find. The view from any window or deck was beautiful. The turkeys visit every afternoon!
Fantastic family home rental in great location. Very convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. Great views in rural setting. Great communication with host Linda. Highly recommend.
We had a great time! Nestled among the aspens, the cabin is the perfext spot to relax and enjoy nature. Beautiful windows bring the outdoors in and offer plenty of natural light. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. Cabin was very clean, host was super responsive. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking if you don’t want to eat out. It was peaceful while still convenient to town so perfect location!
Our stay in Estes Park was fabulous. Linda was a gracious host and the cabin was perfect for our group of 4. So much to do Rocky Mountain National Park and this was the perfect location, close to Estes Park, shopping and dining and all that RMNP offers. The cabin had everything we needed as well as lots of information about Estes Park, RMNP and surrounding area. Wildlife was seen daily on property. Would definitely stay again.
Such a nice location and cabin! The bride had a lovely get away for her bachelorette, and Linda was a wonderful host!

The property was very nice in a quiet somewhat secluded location with lots of hummingbirds if you have a feeder. Large front partially covered deck/porch for enjoying the wonderful mountain air.

Everything was GREAT, we enjoyed our stay very much.
My family and I had a great time! The host was extremely nice and gave great recommendations for the area. We saw so much wildlife at the property and in the park. I highly recommend this property.
Have stayed 4 years in a row. It is truly a beautiful place and we consider it our home away from home. Owners Bob and Linda are very gracious to share their home with us each summer for a week or so.
Had everything we needed. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Convenient location to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. Felt like we were in the country while still being close to the city. Very comfortable layout.
We loved your place; we liked having the mountain view from the front window and liked how the cabin is just right outside of town. So, we were close to everything w/o having to be in all the tourist commotion. The area is absolutely beautiful. Thank you again for sharing your home w/us.

We needed to check in early and she was really nice about it
We had a great stay here. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The location is quiet and peaceful while being close to Estes.
We really enjoyed the daily visits from the turkeys and large herd of elk in the yard. I highly recommend and would stay here again!
The house is like your grandma’s weekend house left hidden in woods nearby the Rocky Mountain National Park. It is equipped with the necessities, very silent and private with an own yard that frequently visited by wild animals. Recommended to everyone.
Our expectations were more than met! The location of the VRBO was exactly what we wanted . We were minutes from downtown Estes Park and yet far enough away to have total peace and quiet! Linda was so kind and helpful when we arrived! Our entire stay was beautiful, just beautiful!!
When we walked into the cabin, my brother-in-law said "it's not very often that the real thing is better than the pictures!", but that was the case for this place. It was spacious, clean, and in a wonderful location. I think the large windows are what really make it special, you can look out and see all of the wildlife and nature that bustles about. Would love to come back here!
This cabin has a great location near Estes Park and RMNP but far enough away from the main drag to be very quiet and peaceful. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space to relax. Linda, the owner, is very responsive if you need anything. The water pressure in the showers was a little low, other than that, no complaints. Overall, a lovely place to stay.
This property was just as described-clean, cozy, in a beautiful Aspen grove, conveniently located to Rocky Mountain National Park yet secluded and quiet. We saw elk and turkey on the property and it was so quaint! We even woke up in the clouds on our last morning-a really cool experience! Linda was helpful but everything was perfect so we didn’t need to contact her during our stay. The cabin was just the quiet place our family needed for a relaxing getaway and our boy’s first trip to Colorado.

What makes this property unique
