Welcome to the Cozy Log Cabin on Fall River! Our cabin is family-friendly and pet-friendly!! The cabin is open seasonally with availablity mid-April through December. The cabin is conveniently located 1 mile east of the Fall River Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 2 miles west of downtown Estes Park off of Fall River Road. You will enjoy wildlife viewing with many elk and big horn sheep around the property. This property is steps from the Fall River.

The cabin was constructed in the late 1940's using the logs from the Hidden Valley Ski area. It is a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy nature.

The cabin features an open living space with updated furniture and appliances. The 2 bedrooms are located on the main floor. The loft has two (2) twin beds. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms on the main floor and has a shower (no tub).

The cabin is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with several cabins nearby and homes across the river.

Peaceful & Cozy

We loved our stay here. It was peaceful and quiet, and everything you could need was provided. Beautiful property! The only thing we were surprised by is that it wasn’t a single cabin by itself. But we weren’t bothered by any neighbors and would stay here again!

Warm and welcoming

It was a nice surprise to have Xmas lights and tree set up. Beautiful view of river. With added seclusion and privacy. My fiancé was super excited that we too have the same coffee table in our house. Felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and stay!

JESUS' MAJESTIC BEAUTY/GRANDEUR

I want to start off by saying that Carol and Bob are wonderful people. My wife and I found ourselves in a difficult situation, and Carol came to our rescue with a level of Grace, Kindness and Empathy--that as I write this review--still brings tears to my eyes. Thank you Carol!! With regard to the property, it exceeded our expectations by far. It was very clean, there were two T.V.'s (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) that had actual channels to watch and not just streaming services--although those were available too. The main reason we chose the property, was, that Fall River is just steps from the large back deck, and sitting on the swing next to the river--in effect--has a way of washing away all of the distractions, trials and tribulations of life, as you soak in God's Majestic Splendour that surrounds and envelops you like nothing else can. The wildlife was amazing! The wild turkeys, the deer, the big bull elk that strolled by just inches from the back deck! We also loved the mini fire pit attached to the table on the deck. Basically Perfect

This is a fantastic property. It's even better than the listing. They haven’t forgotten a convenience or need. Do not hesitate to stay here. The location is fantastic - close to downtown Estes Park, the grocery store, and RMNP. Although they were doing pretty heavy construction at the Fall River park entrance, we were able to use it regularly without a problem. We obviously loved it and will recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks for the hospitality.

Perfect Estes Park Cabin

First of all let me start with the owners, We have stayed at this cabin twice and the owners truly care about the people that stay there. Such good-hearted people! Very responsive & just good people. Now the cabin, as I said earlier this was our second stay here and I don’t know how it could’ve topped the first stay but it did! Beautiful inside & out, pictures don’t do it justice. Steps from the river, perfect deck, fireplace is a huge plus. First 10mins there we saw turkey & bobcat right off the back deck! Also had a bull elk & 4 cows stay around the cabin for the 4 days we were there. Wish I could post pictures! Last year saw turkey, multiple elk and a bear! Do yourself a favor, don’t look any further! This place is AMAZING!!!
