About this property

Rentals must be for more than 30 days. Beautiful 3,644 sq ft house with an oversized garage sitting on just over an acre in a forest setting with a vaulted ceiling, large windows, and stunning views of Twin Sisters and Longs Peak. Lots of wildlife. Elk can often be seen while sitting on the deck. Relax in the private hot tub after a day of sightseeing or hiking and enjoy amazing views of the stars in this dark sky community. Only 3 miles to downtown, 6 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park.

The house is connected to the town's new Trailblazer fiber optic gigabit internet service and the hot tub is available year round.

Due to fire risk, our insurance company does not allow for any outdoor grilling or outdoor smoking at the house.

During the autumn, winter, and spring, it can be helpful to bring a vehicle with 4WD / AWD. The town generally does a good job of plowing and sanding the roads in the neighborhood in a timely manner after each snow storm, but if you need to drive while the snow is still falling, or you are going up to higher elevations such as Rocky Mountain National Park where they tend to get more snow, it's a good idea to have it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was stocked with supplies and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The hot tub was a big plus. Perfect getaway location. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful house in Estes Park.

Hi! My name is Violet. I feel very fortunate to live in Estes Park, a lovely town near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. I enjoy hiking, biking, and camping with family and friends. One of my favorite things to do in the morning is to make myself a cup of coffee and watch the wildlife pass by.

This place is our favorite moutain getaway. We love to watch the wildlife passing by from the windows and the deck, and then stargaze from the hot tub and curl up by the fireplace at night.
