This perfectly located loft space allows for you to leave your car for the entirety of your stay and walk all over Estes. Situated at the confluence of the Fall River and the Thompson River, visit cafes, eateries, and landmarks right outside your door while taking in the sounds of the babbling river! Don't feel like walking? Enjoy the shuttle stop right outside the building, operating mid-May through mid-October, connecting you to all Estes has to offer!
Just a short 20 minute drive from Rocky Mountain National Park, experience world class hiking in summer and snowshoeing in winter. If you'd rather not drive to the park, this condo is a 12 minute amble along the paved riverwalk from the Estes Park Transit center's hiker shuttle, easily connecting you to your desired trailhead. Operating mid-May through mid-October, timed entry fees and permit fees still apply, so make sure you plan your trip accordingly during peak season! Its location couldn't be better, and the condo's amenities allow you to feel at home. The main floor bedroom is a secluded retreat with a window that opens to the rock cliff behind the building and reflects the sound of the river to lull you to sleep. Direct access from the bedroom to the jetted bathtub/shower combo affords privacy and comfort, while double doors and a separate space still allow for use of the toilet and sink by others. Upstairs, an oversized jetted tub in the loft bedroom affords a dreamy space to soak away the aches after a long day of adventuring. Melt into the luxurious king bed or use the sitting space to play games. Bathed in natural light through a large skylight (sleep masks provided for upstairs guests who want to sleep in) the loft space is open to the living room below that features a pull out sofa bed and leather recliner. Stay cozy and comfortable with a gas fireplace and baseboard heating throughout the condo. The kitchen offers all that you need for a visit - compact appliances (oven/stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and mini fridge),
Meticulously cleaned, you can rest assured that all linens, including coverlets, pillow shams, and throw blankets are washed between all stays, not just the sheets. This unit is owner operated and managed, ensuring a warm, personalized experience.
Whether you’re curling up with a book or catching up on your favorite shows, this gorgeous space offers a welcoming haven. Kick back, relax, and enjoy having your own retreat right in the heart Estes!
Please note: the washer and dryer in the photos is currently under repair and not available for guest use. There is a small wall A/C unit for the upstairs bedroom, but the condo mostly depends on having the windows open for the usually cool Estes Park breeze for cooling. The road in front of the unit is very popular during the day, so there is some road noise with the windows open, which calms significantly at night. Since the location is downtown, our guests understand that this is not a remote area. If you are sensitive to road or people noise, you may want to consider a rental further out of town, Guests must be able to use stairs to access the front door.

Great location and lots of space. Very comfortable. Would stay there again. Right across from river walk and downtown shops. Were given the wrong door code so check in was not smooth but issue was resolved pretty quickly.
Location location location. So nice to walk downtown. Convenient to anything you could want. Everything was great except 3 different door codes were given in different communications. Got that figured out and all was well.
The Loft: We have stayed at the Loft in the past and was never disappointed clean, close to downtown and shopping. With parking very close. We will recommend the Loft to family and friends Thank you
Clean, well organized.nice and cool..upstairs AC nice and appreciated!smallness of frig a major negative for anyone staying for more than a few days, as was lack of access to washer/dryergetting in a challenge bc there are ThREE different codes listed on materials!?!
Really cool spot along the river! We loved being able to walk anywhere in town and enjoyed getting to see some wildlife too! The AC is not really built for super hot days, so just know to open windows at night and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible!
Wonderful location and loft - beds were super comfy and my friend enjoyed the jetted tub upstairs- just wish the air conditioning would have cooled the downstairs
This place was perfectly and centrally located - restaurants, Elkhorn Ave shops, coffee shops were walkable, and only a few minutes from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Great location!
The loft was in a great location! Clean, great communication with host and easy access to everything!! If I had to say any fault it would be that the AC didn’t circulate throughout the house but fans helped! Thanks again for a wonderful experience in Estes Park!!
The loft was a fantastic hub for exploring Estes Park -- right around the corner from downtown and the riverwalk, and very centrally located for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park (as well as nearby hikes and trails outside of the park). Even the Stanley Hotel was just a hop, skip and a jump away. The place itself was super comfortable and pretty much exactly as advertised. Parking was a mite tricky, but the owners provided lots of detail, so be sure to read their instructions closely (as I should have done!). We'd definitely stay there again, and may well have to, as our kid is already asking when we can go back to Estes Park.
Post site accurate.Best location for v short stroll to downtown.Parking arrangements terrific.I lacked patience to learn basic TV operation-quick start guide suggested.A/C in upstairs only.In late June, lucky we cooled unit quickly by opening windows form warmth accumulated during day.
Very happy with our stay. Cannot beat the location, walkable to everything. Communication was great too! Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Estes Park.
The property was nice. Couple of things when we got in. The coffee pot still had coffee in it. And the fridge is pretty small. The Location was great, but it is hard to leave windows open to keep the room cool because it is very noisy outside. From worker vehicles to late night loud people and cars. Overall rating good...just a few minor issues. Odd we coud not use washer and dryer wither
Spacious place in a good location. Easy to walk to the store and restaurants on the main strip. Parking is on a little bit of a busy road but manageable.
