The guest house was wonderful. It was so close to Estes Park we were able to walk downtown and not worry about parking. The host was friendly and kind making us very at ease and we felt welcome. The view was beautiful from the bottom deck and you could see wildlife in the area. This was one of our best experiences. They really have thought of everything and it was very clean.
Our stay was amazing! Leah is so helpful and the property is beautiful! Close enough to town but quiet and peaceful. There is everything you need at this property. We saw elk from the porch and enjoyed smores in the evening. We will definitely be back!
Comfortable bed, lots of included amenities, super clean and close to national park, restaurants and walking trails. Looking forward to a visit again next year!
Communication was excellent and listing was very accurate. Everything was super clean, and house was well equipped. We are a family of 6 with older teens and had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. We loved being able to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again!
This place was perfect! We took our grandson (11) to hike RMNP and experience a concert at Red Rocks. This location at Estes Park was great; close to Park entrance, easy walk to downtown Estes, and felt like you were in the country! The hosts, Dick and Liz were there and are a wealth of information about the area. Bonus were the tickets for Mountain Coaster (3 rides for my husband and grandson) they loved it! Hosts also had daypacks, walking sticks and some trail mix for happy trails. This place had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I love how there were lots of little items provided in the house like plastic bags, a hair dryer, and condiments in the refrigerator. I noticed there were also kid friendly things like a playpen in the closet. Great location! Great view! The Safeway in town isn’t far away and they have really updated their offerings and now have lots of gourmet items and even really good sushi!
My wife and I stayed 3 nights Sept 7-9 2026.Everything inside the property is done with care and attention to details. Its spacious, maybe too spacious for just the TWO of us BUT we like comfort and so we dont mind to pay in exchange for comfort. The property is close to everything you need, we walked to restaurant and grocery stores. Its also close to the ROCKIES NATIONAL PARK ENTRANCE where we went hiking for couple of days.If you don't want to hike and just relax at home its ok because you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and great sunrise. GAS GRILL is provided, we never used it but its there. The OWNER is friendly and avail for any questions you may have. Property manager Leah, great at communicating, we never felt ignored.thank you ALLGianni & Carol
the pictures shown for the property do not do justice for how good the property is. it's located at a very because scenic location and the room just has all the amenities. Also, Leah, our coordinator for the property, was very kind and helpful. she went an extra mile to make us feel hospitable
Very clean property that is a perfect location for RMNP and Estes Park. The host was very communicative and made the check in and out process great. The house has great amenities and views. Looking forward to returning soon!
The host, Leah, got us all of the information we needed ahead of the stay to quickly access the property. Once inside, the condo was very clean and matched the photos on the site. The location was great, still in town but with a bit of woodsy feel and wildlife! The checkout process was simple, too. Will definitely stay again!
We loved the location, cleanliness, welcoming hosts, privacy, and amenities. It had everything we needed for a getaway with our 10mo old. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be coming back!
Perfect place and everything was great! We came for Rooftop Rodeo and this location is very close to the rodeo. Plenty of room four adults and 2 under 5 children to stay. The owners Dick and Liz are great and very helpful in giving us tips on things to do. We are planning on staying here any on our next trip to Estes Park and will look forward to it.
We loved the little retreat. It was very clean and had everything we needed all organized and ready for us The owners were very helpful and friendly, and we're excited to visit the area again and to stay at the retreat again!
