Living & Dining: Relax in the cozy living room featuring an electric fireplace and a large TV. The dining area includes a spacious table that comfortably seats 6, perfect for family meals or board game nights.

Custom Comfort: Stay perfectly comfortable with individual thermostats in each room, allowing everyone to set the temperature to their liking.

Outdoor Oasis: Relax on your large covered patio featuring a gas fire pit, BBQ grill, and front-row seats to the local elk and deer wandering by. (Note: The upper deck is for owner use; the lower patio is your private space!)

Sleeping & Bath:

Master Suite: Features a comfortable King bed, dresser, and large closet.

Flexible Second Bedroom: Two Twin beds that can be converted into a King upon request.

Living Area: Includes a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests total.

Bathroom: A full bath featuring a large, modern walk-in shower.

Our stay was amazing! Leah is so helpful and the property is beautiful! Close enough to town but quiet and peaceful. There is everything you need at this property. We saw elk from the porch and enjoyed smores in the evening. We will definitely be back!

Communication was excellent and listing was very accurate. Everything was super clean, and house was well equipped. We are a family of 6 with older teens and had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. We loved being able to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again!

I love how there were lots of little items provided in the house like plastic bags, a hair dryer, and condiments in the refrigerator. I noticed there were also kid friendly things like a playpen in the closet. Great location! Great view! The Safeway in town isn’t far away and they have really updated their offerings and now have lots of gourmet items and even really good sushi!

The host, Leah, got us all of the information we needed ahead of the stay to quickly access the property. Once inside, the condo was very clean and matched the photos on the site. The location was great, still in town but with a bit of woodsy feel and wildlife! The checkout process was simple, too. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect place and everything was great! We came for Rooftop Rodeo and this location is very close to the rodeo. Plenty of room four adults and 2 under 5 children to stay. The owners Dick and Liz are great and very helpful in giving us tips on things to do. We are planning on staying here any on our next trip to Estes Park and will look forward to it.

Great place and close to everything!

The vrbo was the perfect size,, beautiful location . We heard elk bugeling every night. It was clean and very accomodating. Well stocked, lots of cookware. The host ensure guests had room for their personal items. They stayed on prooerty so it was easy to get questions answered. We had a lovely time.

Previous reviews on this rental were spot on. Communication with the property manager was excellent and she gave great recommendations for hikes inside and out of the park. It is a beautiful place which accommodated our group of 4 adults very well. We really appreciated the available coffee, pantry of extras, and shower toiletries. We did have elk right outside the windows one morning and saw more on a walk to the lake and gold course which are very close. I already have this place in mind for a fun girl's trip! Thanks to the manager and hosts!

Beautiful mountain escape

Property is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It is close to town and the national park. Great views. We would visit again. Wish we had more time here.
